I contacted them on live chat several times and they told me it's a matter of hours. But still no money. The withdrawal is for 200 usd. I have 563 usd totally on my account. Have you give your username to @Royse777 ? He asked your username above. There's many problem/bugs in this casino but @Royse777 handled it successfully, I think it's matter of times to solve your issues, even though you faced a not good experiences.

On complaints like this then we wont know if its actually real or just simply trolling out considering that others doesnt really have any problems when it comes to withdrawal but he does have that kind of problem
It's true an accusation without any proof is a bad accusation, however did you ever withdraw on this casino? just asking, because you can't just claim the other people doesn't have any problem about the withdrawal. Last night's match was pretty awesome, several people have lost their money because choose manchester city as a bet. I don't how it works, is we can still put the bet when the match was live in BitLucy?. I mean, If I forgot to put the match and am almost done in 10 minutes, is I can still put the bet for Real Madrid?.

It may not have been a good thing that they held back your payment for as long as possible, but no one forced you to gamble that money anyway. You could also have chosen to wait patiently and they might still have received your money. I don't think the site owes you any money, they haven't done anything wrong in that regard.

I contacted bitlucy on live chat and they politely told me that the system is new and right now is not running smoothly. What's the point of playing if you can't withdraw what you win. It's going to be even more bitter if you win big knowing the money is stuck there.
Wait another week while gathering evidence and if they don't give the money back, put all the evidence in a scam accusation thread. Without evidence of their foul play you won't achieve much, especially since there are people who had no problems withdrawing. You have to add some weight to your accusations, so to speak.

I'm not complaining, just sharing. I have been paid before by them. In fact they now have initiated manually my second payment. it has not hit my wallet yet but I think it will. So till now my experience with Bitlucy has been more than fine

Don't treat it as lost yet. Have you tried to contact them? What was the response from support?
No casino that wants to establish presence through a forum will simply steal your money or it's going to work against all they're trying to do here.
Try again and again, don't over do it, like try to withdraw tomorrow and then give it a day and try again. If nothing works day after day, contact support and give them a few days to work it out.

If next week you still won't have the money start a scam accusation with all the screenshots from your failed attempts and responses of their support and we will back you up in this.
