Can anybody help me please? Why does my E3 not work at full capacity? I attached the photo. I do not understand the error "BB".
https://ibb.co/cdjfYKI have two E3 and one of this have got the same problem... but only for one chain... i send to Bitmain mail with the problem and the photo and they told me to open a ticket and return the miner..... this miner have got different code to other miner... bb and cc are error code.....

What is different code?? What it means?
I connect to miningpoolhub and 2 out of 5 my miners show this error, and the remaining 3 work properly. Technical support bitmain did not offer me to create a ticket and send the miner back, but offered to connect to antpool. Could this be the solution to my problem?
I use Nanopool... one E3 works fine ... other have got some problems....

Good morning, i open this ticket because i think that my miner Antminer E3 first batch that arrived Yesterday 17/07/2018 have some problems.... after 10/20 minutes of working ( i send you the history of starting procedure of the miner) one chain don't work.....
If you see in the photo (E3 2) after about two minutes of working , the chain 12 don't recognise temperature pcb, temperature chip and hashrate is too low compared to other chain but asic status seems correct.
After 1 minute from the previus screenshot in the photo E3 3 the asic status of chain 12 is CC.... the hashrate of chain 12 is lowest compared other chain temperature pcb and chip is zero.
After 20 minutes ( photo E3 5 ) of working the asic status of chain 12 is BB....
After 30 minute ( Photo E3 6) asic status return CC .
Where is the problem? Can you help me?

1. Please create a Repair Ticket under "apply for repair" and ship back the confirmed defective miner/part to us via any shipper of your choice and pay for the shipment first according to this guide:

2. Please do not ship it back together with other miners that are not DOA.
3. Please note that we cannot accept packages shipped COD and packages shipped COD will be returned at your cost.
4. Please ship back them within 30 days from Order Ship out date, otherwise the devices cannot be treated as DOA.
5. After creating the Repair ticket and shipping the item, please reply to this email the Repair Ticket ID & Shipment Invoice (including the shipping tracking number and shipping cost). We will compensate with a coupon for this return shipping cost. You may use this coupon for any purchase on our web site.
