If we assume BTC price continues to rise, mining with even S7's will continue to be profitable (might take a while for BTC value increase to offset power cost in $)... But if you have the miners and for some reason were not interested in purchasing the BTC directly, it definitely makes sense to mine with an S7 even at the $0.10 / kw-h quoted, methinks.
An S7 "should get" ~1/4 of BTC earnings now vs before halving (1/2 as per halving and 1/2 of that for doubling diff), anything over $1840 makes an S7 more profitable than back before the halving (when BTC/$ was $460).But at 39% of that power cost S9s aren't profitable when when BTC/$ is at $2250, right Unacceptable?
