Funny situation with polo can not be solved in any way, this comedy has been going on for a long time. I have not seen a single exchange, which for so long can not solve wallet problems...

Your coins were likely confirmed through the last mined block.

Thanks for your support nonetheless

Really no point in selling as eventually your coin will pump. Just hvae to wait for this FUD to clear on BTC. YOu can already see that its ETH is detaching itself

BTM  is becoming   MARKS

There is a new ANN thread for Bitmark and a new ticker symbol.

We are adopting a new ticker symbol to eventually replace BTM everywhere.

We are the same coin, same blockchain, same great purpose: Bitmark, but with a new ticker symbol: MARKS

We feel MARKS is more representative and better illustrates the purpose of the coin. It also avoids amibguity with a latercomer coin, Bytom, which has also been using the BTM ticker.

When can make a deposit at polonix?

Right after the hard Fork that will occur on May 1th. Allow few days, maybe 2 weeks to blockchain ajustements and then, Poloniex should reopen the wallet (hopefully)

Hard fork? Did I eventually miss something?

The Bitmark Project is aiming to release the fork code tommorrow, May 1 2018. (Could be a few days more, a few more details to be worked out.)

Bitmark is adopting an additional 7 Proof-of-Work algorithms, for a total of 8 ( SCrypt, SHA256d, Argon2d, Lyra2REv2, X17, EquiHash, CryptoNite v7, Yescrypt )  all governed independently by Dark Gravity Wave v3 in order to keep mining difficulty matched to hashrate.

A block reward modulation protocol, Coin Emission Modulation v0.1 (CEM v0.1), will also be implemented which proportionately reduces the block reward if hashrate is low compared to recent hash rate peaks.

Also adopting the ticker symbol MARKS (in lieu of BTM),  to emphasize the goal and nature of the Bitmark project.

Thank you for clearing that up.
Can you give us an estimate on the date for the planned fork?

TIA

We are aiming to make some of the new Proof-of-Work algorithms being adopted merge-mineable with the leading coins that use them.

At present we are working on enabling merge-mining Cryptonight v7 with Monero. This has proven to be a bit more challenging than expected, because Monero is a completely original coin which was written from scratch, and only borrowed ideas, ( but no code), from coins before it.   Nevertheless, we expect this to be completed by early next week.

Considering a few more days for testing, final code review and to generate ready-to-run binaries for the major platforms (Windows, MacOS and leading Linux distros) it will realistically be mid-month when the fork is published.

The fork's new operative rules will be set to take effect the sooner of either:
                               a)  75% of the latest 100 blocks signal support for the v4 blocks of Bitmark v0.9.7
                               b)  A arbitrarily chosen (yet to be determined) fixed fork-height is reached

Thanks for your interest, and continued support. ¡ Stay tuned  !

This could be implemented on a site similar to yahoo answers, where regular contributors can get paid for answering questions or maybe writing articles etc

Yahoo or else cause yahoo is a bit outdated Cheesy

Information on such projects can be obtained at a set of forums and the websites, but the main point nevertheless the forum Bitcointalk.org is considered

I am also not the only developer or community member, if I pass away the project continues with or without my presence.

This is an open source decentralized project where anybody can do what they want to, and they do. There is no single point of failure.

Did we must to update wallets?

Yes, please keep tuned.   New wallets have not yet been released, but everyone must update to the new Bitmark 0.9.7, nodes & wallets once the fork is published.

am hoping that the continued negative comment towards Mark/Nathan isn't impacting on his motivation to work on the BTM core and marking code.

transparency in the foundation may be what is lacking, but seriously, i am thinking the lack of discretion is what hurts the most.
