Flying Hellfish is a Commie
Would recommend completetly avoiding this site at all costs, there are many other sites that are much better to go ahead and bet on.

I've personally never seen such a scummy operation in my life, and I live in New York for fuck sake, it's a breeding ground for problems out here. Off the topic I've gone, but this site is really something that you MUST read up on before you EVEN THINK ABOUT BETTING ON which I still won't recommend. Support is complete and utter shit, just like their platform in general.

Well, that's my rant for the day about this wonderful shit.

Wish I researched before hand and didn't start gambling on Bitstarz. Similar story to btcgmbling guy...

My initial deposit was 0.58 bitcoin (or over 300 euros). Received 100% bonus with 40x wagering requirement as promised. Got lucky, won a few bigger bets on slots. My balance grew up to 9 bitcoin at one point. I was so happy, wanted to cash out it as quickly as possible, therefore I raised my bets up to the max. All the time while betting I was monitoring my balance and wagering indicator in %. Everything went smooth, and within few hours I managed to reach 40x requirement with over 6 bitcoin in my balance. Decided to cash out and went to bed. Just to wake and read an email from Bitstarz that I breached their terms and conditions of betting more than 0.025 bitcoin per roll, therefore all my winnings has to be forfeited. There's so many ways they could make it right, but they simply refuse to do so. They could make their platform so that it wouldn't be possible to make incorrect bets. They could make so that bets over the limit wouldn't count towards wagering requirement. Even after the fact, they could discard just the offending bets, but leave the other. But instead what they do they just steal your rightfully earned money. I feel like someone had stolen money from me.

Yeah that sucks man but bitstarz has pretty restrictive bonus rules and as such you really have no recourse. They do list the bonus terms and conditions with the max bet rule on their website. It could definitely be easier to get to but they do have the terms listed on this page:
https://www.bitstarz.com/promotions

Then you have to click terms and conditions and find rule 12 which states

Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 5 EUR/GBP/USD/CAD/AUD, 50 SEK/NOK. When it comes to Bitcoin players the maximum bet is 25 mBTC (0.025 BTC). This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.

Now for bitcoin players 25mbtc max bets isnt that restrictive. However if memory serves they chose this amount when bitcoin was in the 200s but in todays value is close to a $12.50USD bet per spin. Now in my online history have I rarely bet close to that although once on one of those Booming Game slots @ bitcasino I had just loaded a deposit and used a bonus and inadvertently max bet 96mbtc. Luckily it was a small winning spin where I got my money back but if they had restrictive terms I would have been toast right off the bat.

With that said its not all that uncommon for some of the big online casinos to have these types of max bet terms in place. Anytime I play somewhere new I make it a point to read their Terms and Conditions. This all comes with experience playing online however.

Sorry you got your winnings taken away and at least now you will be more aware next time you decide to use a bonus at any online casinos in the future.

Gotta read the terms and conditions before you wager. This is the most important of anything while taking a bonus.

I like gambling on Bitstarz from time to time. I started to refer some friends for it. The free spins gift is a really good argument for most to join the site. When they told me that they signed up then I can not see them immediately on my affiliate statistics. I also do not see the clicks on 'visits' immediately. Is there a wanted delay between actual click/signup and the indication on the referrals statistics?

I just want to know because I am thinking about to refer on my blog, too.

I don't think this makes Bitcasino a scam and they do technically have the right not to pay this player because he clearly violated the terms.  Next time he will obviously be more careful at whatever casino he plays at.

That being said...

The max bet rule is incredibly scummy and predatory.  They have claimed it's a term in place to "protect themselves" from abuse - which is total bullshit.  There is absolutely no rational excuse for including a maximum bet other than the revenue it generates when players unknowingly violate it.  I'd love to hear bitcasino try and claim otherwise. (and no, just because other online casinos like "guts casino" do it does not make it ethical) In this case, it generated nearly 20 bitcoin of revenue for them.

Shame on bitstarz and any other casino that includes such a term.

@btcgambling, sucks man - but that's how things work around here, next time you gotta put more effort into reading the terms, otherwise you might get fucked again.

Thanks for the support and advice cypto, I actually did read the "terms and conditions" very thoroughly. As per the "bonus terms and conditions" I was not even aware of this, or the 25 mbtc max bet (obviously, or I would have followed them accordingly).. In all fairness it is not made clear enough. This scummy part of the bonus terms is located roughly 75% of the way down the page, buried in section 12 of part 3... so it is certainly not "clearly outlined". A few people, including BitStarz, have said that this is "common" but I do not see such parameters listed on other more reputable casinos such as Bovada for example. It is, in my opinion, a complete scam that they use for the sole purpose of confiscating the winnings of anyone who legitimately wins. I'm sure there are tons of other people this has happened to besides myself. There is no other justifiable reason for them to use such tactics, other than to scam people out of winning at their casino. I think that is pretty obvious and it just goes to show what kind of operation they are running.

Sometimes when casinos are underfunded they place these terms in order to prevent them from losing money. It also makes it difficult for a player to place a large enough bet to dig their way out of a hole when they are on a big losing streak. Its a predatory terms and places like this should be avoided if you are planning on using bonuses...

Look bro you just don't get it. It is the players responsibility to scour the terms and conditions of the website you choose to play on. It's not as hidden as you say. If you go to the promotions tab and click on any of the terms and conditions on the bonuses they offer it brings up the Bonus Terms and Conditions. Anyways good luck in the future and next time you choose to play with bonus funds from a casino triple check the terms or ask the live chat for a direct link to the terms. I feel for you its a costly lesson you learned and next time with due diligence hopefully you won't run into this again. I suspect this casino bitstarz has refunded your deposit. You stand no ground with your case thats the facts. You clearly broke the terms of the bonus played and they denied the cashout. If you feel you have some sort of case take it up with one of the sites out there that does mediating between the casino and player. Coming here with your story will do you no good other than to vent. Since you don't seem very experienced playing online I'll direct you to askgamblers and you can file your complaint there. However, like I said you don't have much ground to stand on because you broke the terms by placing a bet higher than the max bet while on a bonus. Good luck.

Player was recording his game play when he
suddenly got a €16,200 win on Supernova game!

MEGA WIN ON SUPERNOVA: €16,200 ON A SINGLE SPIN!
"Rai75" from Latvia was having a few spins on the popular slot
and managed to win the colossal amount of €16,200 earlier this week.

Video is here: youtu.be/_9X8QCjDLGU

But this is not the first time that this game pays big. In August, a player
known under the pseudonym "hamsterchops" won over €17,000 while
playing the same game!

Why don't you try your luck at this smokin' hot video slot?
Play it here: bitstarz.com/#game-quickfire-MGS_SupernovaSlot-7387

Did you guys actually pay "Rai75" or did you confiscate all of his winnings like you do with most other users, scammers.
