Please add support #443602 to your list - this ticket has been open for approximately a month.

I was unable to get basic verification and received a "Name Mismatch" error on my enhanced application for some unknown reason. Unbelievable that an exchange of this size is doing nothing to remedy these issues quicker.   Angry

They saw my other ticket indicating there are problem in old ticket.
But they just merged it to old ticket and didn't verify my account..
Why they just merging and don't solve it?

That's what I'm interested too...

If they require enhanced verification and you don't comply, I don't think they will send your money back to you. It doesn't matter whether you want to close your account. It's not fair since they have changed their terms so much recently; we never agreed to these terms for Basic accounts. But the fact remains: they have your money, and they want your ID/selfies.....

Stick with non-KYC brokers like Bitmex from now on! Besides Coinbase when I need to sell BTC --> bank account, I'm done with these exchanges.

For what it's worth, they state in their own terms that if due to some "contract breach", they close your account and will contact you to send your coins back. They also state they use US law, and are based in the US (so the US law statement is redundant) and even that states that if there is a contract breach (them changing terms without notification should be enough for that) funds should be returned to their respective owner.

Question is, will they follow the law and their own terms? For many non-US residents (like myself), prosecuting them in court is close to impossible. I'm just going to sit this shit out and check back within a few months, but I consider the money already lost.

2FA trick still working, but not so fast!
Requested 2 FA removal 2 days ago.  Attached all the docs. They have just removed the 2FA. And that's it. The enhanced verification request is still unsolved. Although I marked in the 2FA request that I hoped the docs would help to verify my account.


Yep same here, I even made it very clear my account wasn't verified and I needed it done manually because of a name mismatch. They just removed 2FA, and ignored everything I said about my account not being verified.

If you want to get FAST (1-4 hours) answer you can use 2FA trick. Create new request for "Two-factor (2FA)" issue and "2FA Removal". After you get automatic message you need answer
1) IP
2) 2-3 transactions ID's
3) Balance
4) Add scan & selfie

It tooks 4 days. Just make sure send everything they want as their request just incase i send all files again with my current ticket yesterday and it solved late night.

Okay when i check my account settings it does say enhanced account.  Does that mean im safe to using it now?


Also i like to know do people here use 2 factor authorization with bittrex?  is it recommended or not?  I know it uses google authenticator.  But isn't an issue if you lose your cell phone or something like this going to be a problem?  Do you recommend turning on or off 2 factor authorization?  Also i read that if you want to turn it off, you need bittrex to email you back when you email them.  Is that true or false?  Because aren't they already getting lot of emails already and not responding?


At this point I would not risk it. Mine says enhanced verified, but they then disabled it. I used to only use Bittrex. Now, I just cant recommend it. Been waiting three months on original ticket. Now have multiple open on two accounts and cant use either account. They, like all other exchanges are slammed. But to do what they have to so many of us, just doesn't give me confidence in them.



How long did you get enhanced verified?  Do you have 2fa on or not?


So you and many others have bitcoin/altcoins stuck there and cannot withdraw... is this true or not?
