Please add my ticket to your list! My trouble seems different from most others' as my verification has been stuck saying "Your verification information is currently being processed" for the last few days. Anyone else had this problem and seen it get fixed?? My support ticket number is 619664

It can possibly do a reset to undergo a basic and extended verification again.

Does anybody know how much clients have Bittrex at all? I think one man can compare 2 photos and verify account about 1000 times/day

I transferred a substantial amount of money into the account, and was unable to withdraw/send any out of Bittrex due to account verification. It said they could not find me in public records for the basic verification. For advanced, I entered the information, sent passport, and (did not get a denia ie name match but it’s been 2hrs or so) but it seems to be frozen in limbo, saying sorry for inconvenience of waiting for verification to go through. Can you please add my complaint number to the list - I filed under ID Verification - 622356

Hey all - there’s hope! As mentioned, I didn’t have an name mismatch error or anything, ny issue was it was frozen on the documents submitted page or whatever. It probably took 4 hours, but it went through. I accidentally used a LinkedIn (professionally taken) picture, so that may debunk rumors about that being a cause of error. I opened a new ticket after enabling 2FA, and got an automatic email reply an hour later saying it automatically merged my ticket to my original ticket. Not really sure what pushed mine through, but keep your heads up! I was able to successfully withdraw all holdings to my hardware wallet afterwards, so there is hope that they’re simply working in a short staffed manner, and on a manual/tedious process (KYC). Having worked for a major US bank and having dealt with KYCs first hand over the last two years, I can attest that automated KYC onboarding is very faulty - which it looks like they’re trying to implement. It’s leaving them with hundreds of thousands of manual fixes, for a team of probably 20-50 people. And for some issues, it takes days and weeks to verify manually (ie overseas accounts). Hey Guys, I know this is not *Their* Support however they are not responding to any of my tickets. I had sent a large amount of etherium to bittrex after creating an account, which ofcourse they gleefully accepted. The problem i have now is after converting it to the coin i wished to purchase, they will not let me withdrawl. I have done both BASIC and ENHANCED verification and because i have "Sr." In my name or have recently moved both fail. It has been well over a month now and i would really appriciate some assistance. Have any of you had this issue? What steps did you take to resolve this issue.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask, I need this resolved ASAP. I hate keeping investments on exchanges.

The only resolution i see is to go to there Slack channel and ask manager Who's should be on line to solve your problem! My friend got issue with his account and he solved it this way! Hope your problem will be solved too!
