Hey guys

My documents finally went through and I got verified.

Open a ticket to remove 2fa and send them your documents along with the ticket. It took approx. 6 hours



Was your account already enhanced verified?


So the only way to contact them would be to ask to remove 2fa?


Im curious but those of you with an account on bittrex, do most of you have 2fa on or not?

Bittrex Scam.
I have 2 months already waiting for the unlock of the account given the fact that I have a full verification.
From tech support replied only 2 times, and fed with promises, the account is still blocked.
People print out everything! If you did not get this business of time. Block access and you lose all the money.
These scammers are now catching up the crowd and then it will be hard Scam and robbed all for free.
All centralized exchanges are Scam!

I'm in the same boat.  I got them to respond one time.  They asked me for that photo with me holding a piece of paper and my own ID.  I got that to them within minutes.  Now I've been waiting 8 days since I sent in the photo (which is on top of the 5 weeks it originally took them to respond).  They only responded because I sent an email and got lucky to get a hold of someone, IMO.

It is very frustrating.

Looks like the Bittrex comms department is waking up.

Yes, i got same message, and i said exact same thing "Finally they are communicating."

I just need confirmation that they are aware of the issue and doing something about it. Yet, could send that message earlier before people opened like 10 tickets and slow progress by a lot, but ok. Still they are doing something and that is encouraging. Smiley
