Been trying to get enhanced verified for over three weeks now, I've tried every way I can think of to contact them without success. One day I went to withdraw funds and wasn't allowed, I tried to contact Bittrex about the problem and they never responded, I had to Google search to find out about this BS and it's pissing me off.
What can we do about this? Can we go to the SEC? Do we need to consult an attorney? I'm thinking about driving to that address on their website and confronting them because this is on the verge of theft in my opinion.
Anyhow, my ticket number is #440515 for name mismatch and is still unresolved.

Did anyone try to request to close the account down?
Would they close it down and send you the remaining balance? Or they would just keep your coins?
My pending support tickets for basic verification: 579360, 577670 (I just want to have the basic done, without sending any id scans to them, otherwise I would rather close down the account, but not before getting my coins back of course).
Bittrex always seemed to be among the top exchanges (fast, reliable, without any incidents), but now they would need to work really hard to get the reputation back.
I hope for a good solution for all of us.

That's an option but it takes some time. Best bet would be to sue them. Many people can't but if you are from US, you can and it will probably be faster and better than reporting it to the fbi because how knows how many reports they get daily.
Suing is civil law. FBI is criminal law. Criminal law moves faster. About 1,000 to 10,000 complaints against the same company will trigger an investigation, especially international matters like this. The FBI has investigated and jailed hackers as well as scammers for much smaller cases. #Bittrex_to_FBI
