this can easly be changed using a service script and i am nearly 100% sure you change the positions so while the roll is fair its still controlled by the server

Due to the increased adoption of SegWit, and our wallet now being fully SegWit compatible as well. We have had a great reduction in transaction fees. We have now halved our BTC withdrawal fees to pass the savings on to everyone. Furthur reductions may come in the future too .
.great news indeed! halving tx fee will allow players to save alot not only on withdrawals
