So not only do several people suddenly have their coins stolen from your site without warning (which doesn't happen on any other site nearly as often as it happens on this one) but you mute users in chat for no reason and without warning? If you're going to be a totally unreasonable and thieving site can you unlock my investment so I can remove my funds from your site before they are stolen too? I won't be one of the ones who let you steal anything from me no matter how small and just be quiet about it. I want my funds now if I cannot chat and did not do anything wrong. And don't give me any crap about something that happend over a year ago because you have numerous other users with different accounts that have had previous accounts banned and if you are going to ban one you need to ban them all. Dishonesty gets you nowhere.

Guys, this is my 2 cents and I feel like I should share. The site has been fun, good community, everything going right for it. Yesterday I deposited .40 into the site which was my biggest deposit ever. Within about 20 minutes my pw was changed and my account was hacked per the site administrators. My fault for not using 2FA I understand that, but just be careful. I tracked the bitcoins and they where in my gaming wallet until today in the morning per blockchain.info. I know these sites have different wallets and it is almost impossible to trace, but I for one have lost some faith in this great looking website.
Basically long rant short, not necessarily accusing bitvest of any wrong doing... it was just a little too timely that everything happened so perfectly. Either way, just please be careful with your bitcoins. Put 2FA authorization always and use strong secure PWs.

admins of the site hacking player's accounts is a novelty
bitvest is a trusted gambling site with years of reputation and clean record
I'm sure admins have nothing to do with this,what makes you think they could be the perpetrators?
there is a high chance your machine was infected or you password was weak,without 2fa you are always at risk of losing money
it is very frustrating to lose money like this,sorry about it

Bitvest will not be supporting the Litecoin Cash fork. Users with Litecoin balances or investments will not be given the option to withdraw their Litecoin Cash.

Are you sure that you understand how provably fair system works? You see, they are using provably fair system which I honestly don't like because I have to manually change client seed every few bets - but that doesn't mean they are cheating.
Which means: They don't use nonce. That's why server seed change every bet. And your client seed too - unless you write your own client seed in that case ONLY SERVER SEED WILL CHANGE every bet.
I would really like to see nonce - because with nonce there is no room for cheating, which means you will write your client seed which will remain unchanged, they will provide their server seed which will remain unchanged, nonce will change from 1 - n. But that is also double edged sword for casino - because whoever catch their server seed can take all balance and there won't be any way for them to prove that, also that is very long shot but possibility is still there.

How can you verify this? I am playing with for long time and until this day but never have face any cheating problem on their seeds because every bet on their site can be verified and every bets is free of cheating. So if you just lose big amount like you said then you might bet small amount again and again to get your winning. Just because you are losing, does not mean bitvest has done anything wrong with your seeds

As I said you should provide screenshot or something and to repeat we don't know HOW did you bet. You could have played 1000 small bets and 1 big bet and to be honest it's not so hard to check, before your every bet you can see server seed hash and after each bet you can see the same hash, which is changing together with your client seed every single bet(unless you write your own client seed in that case only server seed change). also 1btc is a lot of bets and many more bets placed all pretty good volume

But what you say about auto changing seed on bigger bets is something i would really like to see prof about!
Havent check this and havent really spend much coins on the page becouse i had this feeling (only my personal feeling) that something goes wrong there back in the days the page was new

Very low amount of bets to be honest, and we don't know what was you bet size neither what multipliers you were playing and you didn't say anything about strategy - martingale perhaps? That would have explained house edge.
