I like the whole site, but just screwed with the chatroom. Need to improve that a bit 
You must be out of your mind to say that they need some improvement to make. As far as I know they have a fine game of course and their chat tab is pretty active and they always have some good mod that always giving bonus and even respond to every problems. I do not think that their chat need some improvement here. If you meant about the rain thing so be active but do not spam for sureSite is lagging too much, sometimes(plinko always) is very hard to play which is far more important than tips, rains and all other chat events.
I'm no so sure why you got lagging on their game while I do not feel it since the first day till my last play few days back. I'm plinko lover, and I can say bitvest's plinko game is still the smoothest plinko ever compared to other sites. This makes me think that you are talking about other site which has plinko with lag problem which is stake.com . Sorry if I'm wrong, but I'm very sure this plinko is not laggy as you say.

but I do daily quests and it often requires you to drop a certain amount of pucks or hit a certain multiplier
anywas,I found that it is perfectly smooth,especially since I always play at max speed
the site did have some lag issues a couple of weeks ago due to ether node synchronisation,but it is long gone
if you have any lag issues,do not hesitate and post in chat or here so it can be fixed immediately

Bitvest is simply awesome. I have been playing now for sometime and am really enjoying the fun. Plinko, slots and dice are certainly my favourites. I have had some win and gains.

Why? Chat room is very friendly, i like how they implemented multi-rain(if this is a word) and no one will ban you from chat for x number of minutes if you say "lol" "grr" "busted" or any other short word. Best part is that you can play whole day, that rain never drains

chatroom is one of the best around and I can compare with many,believe me
if you mean that by improving,they should increase rains to,like, 100.000 tokens per person,then,yeah
unfortunately,this would bring swift and guaranteed demise to the business and kill any business model in general
but Bitvest did increase the amount rained by 2.5x untill 2018,so it is time to register and take advantage of that by simply chatting and taking part in events and games

What improvement you want to see on their chatroom? I think their chatroom is one of the best already, friendly mods good raining system and others. Perhaps you should give more details about your suggestion. Otherwise Bitvest may confuse on what is going to be improved as I dont see any serious complain about their chatroom.
