although the system is random, before the rain system was changed, i am with the same mind with you. i used to be jealous about their chances winning the rain, even they would only got one or a few sentences filed in a chat record. i believe that you should chat with better constructiveness for bigger chance. for your information, i used to get rain by like what those mods did (ie a simple sentence).
