5+ days now with multiple coin wallet's empty.
this has happened before and if I remember correctly the last time I remember this happening the hot wallet was empty for more than a week(I think or maybe it was longer), so you might have to wait for several more days or perhaps longer. anyway, in the end, they usually refill the hot wallet.
I think I still remember one of those times it happened and eventually it got refilled. Even the signature campaign have been on pause for several times and eventually resumed. My worry this time is that it is taking a little longer than I know and the signature campaign have been on pause for as long as I can remember. On some of those times there were delays, LL came up with health challenges, one being covid, so this this time I don't know what the reason for the delays will be but I wish it has nothing to do with health challenges because we want him strong and healthy because a lot of people have committed money to the business he manages.

I don't know why people are still involved themselves in that casino knowing fully well that that is way he behaves. When you have know that someone always delay in payment when you want to withdraw from the site, then when you have successfully withdraw your funds then you have to leave the casino and delete your account if possible to avoid future delay of withdrawal. When the two campaigns (bitvest and eloncoin) were running in the forum, LL was paying on time at the initial time but it was later the delay payment started and that resulted to the end of the two campaigns. Let's wait see what he will say when he comes to the forum.

There are multiple people complaining in chat about this all week, PMs were sent days ago, the instant closing of support tickets is new.

I don't know if there's changes happen and tickets will be automatically close if it already lasted a week. But try to send multiple tickets to see if they take care of your issue.

For sure they know that there's something wrong happen again in their casino, since there's no business owner will not check what's happening to their business.

But since they have reputation of delays, I maybe guess that people who still gamble in their casino knows that there are days that this incidents will happen. If Lightlord will not fix and top up their hot wallet then maybe we could see a lot more complains will come here.
Seems like that issues becomes even more that rampant and it is really just that sad to see that one of the oldest casinos we do have on this market or forum is really that facing up tons of complaints now.
Somehow there arent that issue about holding up some withdrawals but with some issues or concern then it would really be still that creating that negative vibe for the casino on which it isnt really that good for the business. Surprisingly there were no old timers into this forum had continued on playing into the platform or simply i had just that able to miss out? or they had just totally flock out into other places

Actually, I'm thinking of deleting my old feedback and writing it the same or very similar as of today so that it appears on top, because the last thing you see on his profile is feedback from people referencing that LL was sick. But it doesn't matter if he is sick or not, this not paying withdrawals on time is business as usual, and it's no way to run a business in an honest way.
yeah, and I completely agree with you, it is no way to run a gambling site where their gamblers experience issues like this especially when they handle issues like this extremely slow.

But I think its not good to normalize that situation since I guess its to much to wait for long days before we can get our withdrawals.

LL last online was also more than 7 days ago so maybe you need to send him a pm, maybe he will get a notification on his phone (hopefully he activate the email notification for this forum).
Have you tried to bring your issue on the chat room? Maybe there is someone who is working for Bitvest as chat mod and has a direct connection to LL so he can forward the issue faster to LL.
There was Zodiac in this forum if I remember it correctly who is known to be someone who help LL to manage something related to Bitvest and 777coin.
Unfortunately I dont see him again in this forum for so long time, but maybe there is someone on the site who is actively monitoring the chatroom (just hoping).

They supposed to be one of the old casino here and that give them great advantage especially if they could able to take care those issues. But guess they select to be in other way and just ignore the issue for a while then solve it when they have money.

When situation like this happened it make me wonder if this casino still gaining profits. Since if they are maybe this issue will never happen. But hopefully we are wrong with are negative assumptions here and LL will improve in terms dealing with this repetitive issues happening in their casino and can able to provide smooth transaction to people who want to withdraw some amount in their casino.

You're right, they take it easy because they know soon that it's going to be refilled. But to those that are experiencing delay and not used to it, this is gonna make them impatient.

Under LL profile I see the tag recently so means he logged in the last 72 hours mean there's no need to worry about it even if it's actually happened. But most of the time it will be refilled as soon as possible but players confuse it when they have any other issues that's what restricting from accessing their funds

But we can only speculate unless the user provide some kind of proof to back his claim.
Yeah, soon it will be refilled but the regular players who are used to it won't be problematic it. But those that are in need of the withdrawals, they needed it most. And as a gesture, they have to monitor it at all times to cause no troubles to the players.

It seems like that the users at bitvest are the die hard fans of the bitvest as they do not shift to any other gambling sites despite always facing this empty hot wallet issues.

However this is not a complement statement for bitvest. Rather they should focus on how to minimisize this issue so that the hot wallet are never empty. One thing is for sure that any new gambler playing at this site and if he face this issue, he may never return to the bitvest as his trust is shaken by this act.

Same old story again. And the one who bets in his casino and also has an account in this forum is his fault, because he has been warned.

It will soon escalate and their players will lose trust in Bitvest if this continues to happen, It is already a warning sign I don't know if they are checking their data if they see that it's ok for their players they will just ignore this and will just wait for their winners to call out them to refill their wallet, if they see the numbers of their players are dwindling, they will have to take action.

It is not so clear to me. These issues are already something usual in the site, and if it is still up and running I guess it is because it has a loyal user base that doesn't care about these delays, as panjul07 says.

This became a normal scene in bitvest and it seems they don't really have people monitoring their hot wallet since this kind of issue still happening. But despite of that incident happen LL manage to refill those wallet when they notice that issue occur again on their casino. But I guess people need to wait for their action since again its unknown on when they refill their hot wallet. If LL could just make sure that this incident will happen then provably they would not encounter any issue and criticism from people who started to think negative in their current situation. I also notice that. It seems only OP notice this and maybe later on they figure out that there's an issue happening on bitvest again.
