Seeing there is a recent support ticket now.

Come on if you are so good then pay those who participated and the campaign manager. It is important that you do those payments first before coming out with your shit story. You and your BM have done enough damage to the community. My recommendation avoid any excuse with the payment of signature campaign.

I might be intruding a little here but out of curiosity, what was the reason why the OP had trouble withdrawing the remaining 170BCH he has on Bitvest?

I think it's a valid question, and the user will also want to know why his withdrawal took that long and what the reasons are. Players on Bitvest will have second thoughts about using the platform if there's an issue like this and it is not properly addressed. Just sending the withdrawal is not good; it should be accompanied by an explanation that is acceptable to the community.
June 6 2024, sent a PM on bitcointalk, asking for confirmation on the withdrawal of the address. Without getting a response. Also, the user hasn't opened a support ticket in regards to this with responding accordingly.
I have responded to the support ticket on bitvest, and expect to receive a simple "Yes, that is my address", before processing the coins.
Looks good you made an effort to reach to the user so you can process the withdrawal could be a miscommunication between Bitvest and the user, the user is one of your old user and seems to trust that the withdrawal will eventually process.
And since you announce that there will be a continuation of the signature campaign, all is good now for Bitvest I wish you good health sir so you can continously manage your casino.

In regards to this, the campaign is planned on being restarted, like in a couple days, and/or when the campaign manager is able to restart upon refilling the coins accordingly

It’s sad to see that OG casino like this and fbc are both having trouble due to poor management issue that can be resolved if they will just hire a competitive staff that will run the casino if they can’t be 100% active all the time due to health issue.

In the end, not only that, but both Lightlord's and FBI casinos were among the few casinos left without KYC. With these actions what they are doing is giving reason to those who want regulations and the authorities to be on top of the casinos.

I’m curious whether Curacao license really matter on casino like this doesn’t have fiat currency? Curacao license is almost useless when it comes to dealing with user complaints against casino.

Casino like Bitvest already have their solid reputation as OG to operate without license but still can be trusted by many players due to their length of service. so the 170BCH was part of the withdrawal complaint you had with bitvest in the past and you were able to withdraw the other coins that you have on their website except for this 170bch?

If people are scammers, they don't care to show their faces publicly and KYC won't help users to avoid losing money to scam platforms and owners. KYC is not magical solution against scam, never. Do Kwon, Sam Bankman-Fried are examples of KYCed-scammers.

And apart from the examplens you have given, I have experienced and seen microfinance banks that have done KYC of customers yet they run away with the customers money so nobody should be deceived by KYC. Even casinos here that have done KYC for customers still ran away. What about freebitco have they solved their problem?

in my opinion, the inconsistency carried out by Lightlord will have a big impact on Bitvest in the future, how can players be calm when the hot wallet is often empty, Lightlord once claimed he was having health problems, hopefully it's not serious.

Is inconsistency the reason for not paying the signature campaign hunters? What's worse is that a specific BM agrees to promote the casino without considering previous issues. None of the campaign members seem concerned, which makes it even more troubling. In the end, lightlord claims he was unwell last time and might come up with another excuse. This behavior suggests that he either lacks funds to run a campaign or has lost interest, as his online casino doesn't seem to fit in the current cryptocurrency casino environment.

In a competitive environment that deals with money, losing trust is quite common. What we are witnessing is nothing but an end to what he started and I fear this will be an end of lightlord as he has proven he cannot be considered a trusted one within the forum after the latest debacle.

Yeah, he's aware of it as this is his business and I'm also wishing him with his health to be in good condition because we know how tough it is to go with some medical/health issues.

And as for the guy's patience, there were a lot of this folks that has the same patience the same goes with other casinos that has this kind of issue.

Either way, I hope that this will be solved soon and wishes both side the best.

Yeah for sure he is. Those pending withdrawal would reflect in their site and Lightlord provably know that there's still pending withdrawals left in their site. Although its really not good for waiting that long and yet issue has not been resolve but hopefully there would be a good settlement will come.

Maybe there are just a problem on financial side and maybe they are waiting to get some funds before they released those pending's on their casino.

I see, though it is not me experiencing this, it is still annoying how slow they operate, it's like they expect people to just wait for them to do something and just suck up the inconvenience they are causing to the people using their website. anyway, I hope it works out and gets resolved in the end.

With the past issues that bitvest has got, there were some staff that works for him to address such issues. But as usual, the main fund comes from him for the replenishment of their cold wallet on the platform.

I hope that the guy will have his money(bch) and will be able to successfully withdraw it.

It's business as usual, guys. Anyone who wants to bet in his casinos or participate in campaigns can already be clear that this is going to happen.

Actually, I’m surprised how this casino never upgrade to match the innovation in the online casino. LL has the money to do a major upgrade yet he decided to continue on this slow phase with frequently absent that cause commotion on his casino.
