Are you like these guys?

I remember post after post about how you guys would not be affected by the CNY, care to comment why "most of the staff" had off when you previously said it wouldn't affect you guys?

Also since a yes or no answer was never given, will minersource be giving refunds, yes or no?

Minersource cannot issue refunds as they have paid us for your miners.

We're currently making a list with the refund requests to see if we can refund from our margin. Note that our margin is quite low as we have charged our customers $4000 on a miner while others have charged $16000 on the same hardware during the same period.

As we've announced, we've put the ASICs into production and they've been paid in full. Canceling the ASIC now is not possible as we will incur around 85 to 95% penalty so we're left in refunding only from our margin.

WHICH CONTRAVENES THE LAW IN MANY COUNTRIES. I AM IN THE UK AND THE LAW STATES THAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PRODUCT AND WISH TO CANCEL, I CAN DO SO. ANY COMPANY REFUSING MY RIGHT TO REFUND IS ACTING AGAINST TRADING STANDARD LAWS.

May I suggest that customers in the UK and other jurisdictions where similar rules apply who have not received products and have been denied refunds, either by a refund being declined or a delay in reply resulting in a de facto denial of a refund, that they draw the matter to the attention of the trading standards authorities if they feel so inclined.

The other matter at hand here is if BA is unable to provide refunds to all the customers who ask for refunds, then it could also be in breach of corporations laws if it is deemed to be 'trading while insolvent' and the directors and company officers held personally liable.

A few prosecutions of bitcoin companies and individuals who think its fair game to rort the public would soon put an end to this borderline criminal activity known vicariously as 'pre-orders' in the bitcoin community.

So posts keep getting deleted, that's great. You promised miners shipping in two weeks, then a week ago you tell all your customers that you decided your machines would be using too much power so you just went ahead with plans to make a more advanced machine months from now. How long have you known that this was the case? Obviously you didn't have anything close to ready a month ago, or two months ago. Now you are being shady with refunds, both here and on your own forums. When are you going to offer full refunds to customers you defrauded?

I found this odd too, I recall seeing 120 pages of this thread. Somehow it is now 114 pages, those 6 pages could have contained important information necessary for customer refunding (assuming they are even considering such a request). I submitted my ticket to Black Arrow's main site 2 days ago and haven't heard back on my request for a refund.

No. literally all 5 or so pages were from one user spamming nonsense/fud/conspiracy theories.

This is where the official record seems to be, not that anything is ever official, it does matter here as the way bobsag will get money is if BA gives it to him to give to us. So I think this thread is very appropriate place to pose the question, which has been asked numerous times, not only by myself, and never answered with a definitive yes or no
You've got to be joking. Try http://ecointalk.net/forum/68-general-discussions/

Since you're here, why don't you provide us with an update. What progress has been made in the last week?

Last week was Chinese New Year, most of the company was off work.
Anyway, we have completed the pinout of the chip, made some progress on the case but has not been completed.

Need an answer to this as well, blackarrow.
Ask minesource they are not black arrow, they are just resellers.

as much as i hated that guy, i don't think all his post should had been deleted.

Maybe, but unfortunately we do not have time to read all his posts. We have work to do for all our paying customers, and have no time to waste with a random jobless individual who's not even our customer.

One line about people being on holidays and another one line for the update  Huh

Not even having the decency to apologise for the delay in delivery, you provide an update that would still leave characters left over on a tweet?

You don't have to be a genius to see why customers who trusted you with their funds are disappointed, upset and underwhelmed.

I suggest that you also chill on deleting people's posts, it's not a strategy that will increase your reputation - getting your act together, delivering some product, that's where the ball park is for you guys right now.

Good luck with it all. I think you're going to need all the luck you can get.

All messages from Phinnaeus Gage will be deleted due to numerous reports of trolling.

So, presenting the truth is now considered trolling, eh? I guess I get the pleasure of starting the Black Arrow scammer thread.

You haven't posted since last November, but want to blame your absence on CNY.

All the posts that you were so kind to delete, will be ALL posted in my scammer thread, including this one, of which will be the first, for it, too, will be deleted in 5...4...3...

'tis indeed a thin line being tread. refunds please.
