I believe that we have already informed our customers of this: We are currently waiting for CE to check the X3. Until completed, no shipment can be made.

We would like to ask forum users to stop flooding the thread with obscene messages.

Thank you for your patience.

What I would like to hear and what is required by the laws you keep breaking:

We will make sure that every customers who asked for a refund will have their money returned or receive adequate compensation. Including everyone who bought from our reseller Minersource.

Provide refunds to those who have requested them and the obscene messages will surely cease. Until then, you will continue to reap what you have sown.

When will this be completed?  When will my orders be sent?  It's been almost a year now. How did you expect this to have come together in February?  Are we getting some 14nm chips in these for compensation?
The 14nm chips are merely a figment of someone's imagination at this point.

LOL LOL

Not happening, I have come to terms with the 12k I got stolen from them...

They aren't even deleting my comments that are clearly grounds for banning cause they don't care... they are making off with the money as we speak and the moment they have it all cleared somewhere else like in "Romania" or "Russia" they will shut down the site and everything with it and disappear!

Mark my words.

Please go through this thread and complete everything you can.

So, I took a huge break from the forum, the mining scene in general, and so on, to wait for my X-1 units to arrive. I'm actually amazed to hear that a few people might have received hardware? Is this true?

Now that the hardware is probably well past being useful, just wondering when (if) it might ever appear.

Some have arrived. My X1 was ordered from BA in mid-November and finally arrived last month. First thing I did with mine is power up to test, then tear it (and its power supply) apart for YouTube. Currently running at 1100 (freaks out at 1200 and steps back to 1100 automatically) and drawing 119 watts at the wall.

At the moment (current difficulty x current electricity cost x current Bitcoin value) it's making money. Nowhere near break-even once you factor in the purchase price but at least it's mining more than it's using. Difficulty goes up? Not worth mining unless Bitcoin value goes up (or keep mining anyway in case value of mined coins subsequently goes up).

Good to know that it is at least working. I ordered my units through Minersource. Hoping they show up eventually (so at least I can get something for my money).

Although I never purchased anything from MinerSource, bobsag3 sends me a new hashboard after he has read about my problems.

It's good to see that resellers like Bob and Stuart try to help as much as they can. And I wish to say a big thank you to them!

Sounds like BA/Minersource, right?

It does indeed sound like BA/Minersource.  This is proof that their bullshit pre-order "Terms and Conditions" won't fly with the FTC, nor the courts.  Maybe if they were a couple of months late, they would get away with it.  But just like BFL, they are grossly late, the products don't meet specifications, they misled costumers about development capabilities and timelines, and (hold on to your ass, cause even BFL wasn't this bad) they sold potentially dangerous electronics in the US.

Groups like the FTC and SEC have a hawk's eye on anything related to cryptocurrency right now, especially anything that even smells like a scam.  This on top of the usual watchful eye they have out for consumer protection issues.

I realize BA is somewhat "safe" as they are not a U.S. based company.  But Minersource... that's another story.  It doesn't matter if you're "just a reseller."  That argument won't last long with the FTC.  If I were you, Minersource (Bobsag, Thomas) I would start fighting BA on behalf of your costumers instead of fighting with your costumers.  Get our money back.  Or pay us out of pocket... it might be cheaper for you in the end.

I just wanted to say that bobsag3 of minersource tried to help me.

Despite me not even being a customer of his (I ordered directly from BA), he was kind enough to send me a replacement power supply for my X3 when mine failed.

I say tried because the replacement power supply lasted about a week before it too failed in exactly the same manner as the first.  That was a couple days before BA announced the X3 power supply recall.

So...yeah, thanks.  I certainly appreciate the effort.

(I'm now afraid to switch off my still-working X3 unit.  It seems to be when it's powered-off that the failure occurs.)

Blackarrow is a fucking scam, they stole $12,000 from me and i fucking reported them to all the authorities possible. Everyone that made orders got fucking scammed! No one is getting refunds and they are ignoring every request!

Stay the fuck away from this company they are fake and only take your money and stall you until you give up!

I wish I could sell my X1. But it hashes only at 60% of it's specification and if I send my hashboard for RMA to BA I should pay the shipping costs. So I have the choice to run it at 60 GH/s although I purchased a 100 GH/s miner or to throw away even more money to get a miner running as specified, maybe...

It's very easy.  Just provide as much information as you can and try to be factual and to the point.  Use accurate dates, amounts, addresses etc.  According to the Coindesk article, BFL was investigated after only 300 complaints to the FTC.  I'm sure it would take a lot less at this point to get action.
