Just put an order in for 4 units, looks to be confirmed paid.

Unfortunately when I first heard that the Batch 1 was sold out I used my btc for something else, then it reopened so I am currently moving some funds around to try and get some more.

Thanks for your work Bobsag, you are a hero!

I can only do my best, just wish my graphic design had not gotten sick during the roll out of the new site.

It would seem two thing's here are an issue.

BA, Next time set a Price, and a date, if oyu miss your date setup a refund schedule, if your a week late = % etc. Would make all of us feel you have a Monetary reason to push for the deadline as you loose money if your late. The issue with BTC is that you can be as late as you want. if you decide to take the millions and run, we can do nothing. With CC/paypal we can always do a charge back if the item's are overly late.

Second;y, Knock off direct sales, if this make's it okay for you. Just announce the next hardware, and let Bob and or someone else do all your sale's. Let DZ run the group buy, etc.
It would seem designing/building and tracking mass single unit order's is what kills a company more than anything.
\

I look forwad to hearing my two machines are running at DZ Smiley and if it's on time You can be I will be #1 in line for your next round of hardware!

Keep up he good work, good luck.

Now what to do with all these obsolete Miners?
Maybe we all run them for SETI@HOME for a month and scan the known universe?  Cheesy

Just placed a large order, but have received no payment instructions.
I'd like to confirm that the order I just placed will be in the February delivery batch, otherwise I'll just cancel and not pay.

Please confirm.

Thanks!

Buy through the re-seller or from blackarrow directly?

If Black Arrow, add the sales manager blackarrowsoftware   on skype Wink . She is online now and offering sales support.

i think bob is much faster than their staff, might as well employ him to be the support team.

we can only know the answer on feb 24. the whole world will be watching.

Just talked with their support, seems we have time on batch 1 for awhile. I feel much better after speaking with the Sales Manager for a long time on skype. First time I managed to reach through to Black arrow. Next month we will start seeing pictures Wink.

Hi Matt,

what about pending orders?  is BAS going to honor the pending orders that have tickets dating over 7 days ago?
It's not fault of customer if you don't have man power to reply to tickets or emails.  Is it?

What if shipments are delayed some lengthy time, will BAS give refund to whom wanted it?
I don't mean 1, 2 or 3 weeks delayed, but what if they were 1, 2 or 3 months delayed, would BAS be prepared to refund customers?

OK, these are simple questions lets see if they get answered or ignored.

I am working with them right now for me to help with their tickets, so we can get the response time much faster. I have hired additional staff that start work here in a few weeks, and I know they are working hard to improve their systems.

I cant speak on the refunds unfortunately, I am still discussing the options with them.

Well guys, I may have jumped the gun. We are now still on Batch one, after they crunched the numbers and all there is still plenty left. I have updated my website to reflect this, and anyone who made any orders so far will still be Batch 1. Sorry for the confusion- partly my fault.

Your previous successful launch was one of the main reasons I chose you. Yes, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt because of your past history.

I look forward to your updates Matt and thanks for your time / consideration on this forum.

Maybe its just me, but I've been told everything is "on schedule" and burned so many times that generalized updates make me more worried then dead silence.

I am happy they are enthusiastic about their generalized updates. I am looking forward to more specific information from the engineers as well as whoever is in charge of bringing it all together.

72 days from 24 Feb 2014.

(not tongue in cheek) Go Black Arrow!

(same thing I posted in BA forum)

I understand where you're coming from. I was burned too and it was infuriating. Try to give us the benefit of the doubt seeing how we have had a successful launch before. I'm going to try to get more information soon.

We're on track for Feb, absolutely.

As for the specifics of batch 1, we're figuring out exactly where we stand and how much more room we have. We're going to have more detailed information in the next 24-48 hours when we hear back from our engineers. I'm sorry I don't have the answers yet.

At this point we're close to the end of Batch 1 but it's not yet officially closed. We're running numbers and will give official word soon.

Myself and maybe few others are wondering,if an order has been placed through BA,paid for immediately by successful wire transfer, additional form submitted and ticket updated but still waiting for the status to change from "waiting for payment' to "processing" are those orders safe for batch 1. Also,if it takes longer than seven days for that status to change, would the system automatically cancel the order?

I think the biggest question is if the guys with pending order's will get in on the first batch, when will they get confirmation?
Secondly, Are you on time for Feb 24??

Still waiting for confirmation if batch #1 has finally closed.

Not sure if it's just me but I find it kinda ironic that most of the ASIC developers that DID deliver have either bad PR or slow response time. It's like an omen; if they replied fast, pretty sure they're not doing anything with the ASIC hence they have lotsa time to scam around.

I sincerely hope that it's just me & my delusion.

Well poop. Have an order that is presently in limbo, and would like to know if I made the batch 1 cutoff myself.

Have been waiting for a response from sales about submitting a payment :| Order #229x

double poop, I'm in exact same boat. orders #154x and #168x for (6) X3's that was meant to of been a group buy with my friends.

now my friends that don't understand the bitcoin business think I've duped them.  I'm fucked from both ends.

Don't take this the wrong way please but you kinda have, if you did not fully explain the extreme risk involved with any pre-order ASIC minesr then they are kinda right IMO.

you're right and I have tried to explain to them as best as I can that this is risky, and there's good chance (probably 95% chance) that they probably won't see their money back.  And I keep telling them if you want in on bitcoin and want a chance of making a profit, the best way would be just buy bitcoin and hold.  Still they wan't to be miners and not take my advice to just buy bitcoin.

hell, I was telling my friends to buy bitcoins just after 'Silk Road' was busted (I think it was October 2nd) and bitcoin was just over $80 the day after the bust.

oh well, Live and learn  Undecided

I've learned over the years that mixing friends and financial advice to often leads to lost friendships. I've lost more than one good friend because of bad investments (both ways mine and theirs unfortunately).  I try to keep the two as independent from each other as I can.

Do not mix social advise from contractual ones. Everybody wants to get rich quick but does not want to work hard or do the necessary due diligence.
I know because I live in a developing country where everybody is a bystander until their neighbour buys a Ferrari with bitcoins. Then the BTC scammers arise from the darkest sewage.
C'est la vie.
