Well, I've seen a lot of idiots but this guy beats them all !

I should delay a little bit CAT 5.2 official release.

Reason are :

- Some exchanges are not able to have a stable api system after the recent user number increase
- Some functions CAT has been able to manage without problems have now experiencing some difficulties.

I need to think some algorithm to improve data manipulation.
One clear example : Bittrex sometimes seemt to lost your order and this is what happens

Order has been created
Order is synchronized (it means it is inside the API Call MyOrders)
Next call to MyOrder is Empty
CAT Thinks a trade occurs
CAT Create a pong
If you call again MyOrder then order appear again

That works without problems for years......but now i need to think a workaround.....

Now is Christmas and nothing happens ...

I think this is an error on Exchange side or they change some rules.

They add a routine to gives a number of decimal places but i'm not sure they are stilli giving the same meaning to this error.

3326.39999 have 5 Decimal places.
But in terms of price precision we have  4 (3326) + 5 (39999)  = 9.

The strange fact is that other markets works. With this kind of error no market should works with CAT.

I need to check, but i'm not sure i will be able to do it in the last days of this year.

Hi @sampey I send btc but, due the forum policy I couldn't write api key and other things to you. Sorry but, forum robot says "You have exceeded the limit of 2 personal messages per day. Buying a Copper membership may increase your limit." They wants money which I have less.

I have a problem . CAT has not resold a coin three times, LTC, TNT and WABI. it was always 1, ... were left on the account. At a gain of between 0.6-2.0%, that adds up nicely, according to the time


then another question. Can you set it, the CAT on the next sale, the profit from the trade added before? so that one always has the profit, with the next purchase, in it. I can not find it in the settings ...

these are not problem with beta. These are only problems with server.
CAT is able to manage this problem. all the error you see are manage and printed.

In that case Binance is not returning a correct value.

Example :

HTTP Api Call Error : Expected value at 1:0 No Response Data From Server (Attempt 1) API Call Retry in 10 Seconds...

This is a Bad response.


this is a response where there's Array (A set of element) inside. Example an order book.

When this kind of error happens, you should check 2 things :

- If you have some error but CAT is working it means that server is able to manage API Request, but not with a 100% success rate.
- If CAT start print this kind of messages for every Api request it means that server is currently overloaded and it could be a good idea to
  - Stop Trade
    or
  - Increase the Min Millisecond amount between one api call and another (from CAT PReferences)
