Yes, now bounties are very popular. I advise you to participate in the bounty, in which there is a limit on the number of participants.
One of the reasons for joining more participants in the bounty is because it is a symptom-like disease. The disease spreads through one such disease to one another. This is a good opinion, i think we should have good bounty rules and regulations than the existing one, because only those higher ranks are getting most of the bounties rewards and those with lower ranks does not have good chance of getting good bounties,i know the merit system is so unfair but it really helps our forum to be less spam and shitposters so we need to comply to this so that our community will be better.

If there a lot of participant for bounty I think that is a good condition for the bounty program, participant can campaign the bounty and advertise people around the world so they want to join investation to support the project and it help the project success.
My choosen bounties usually tend to be profitable when the project appears commited so our income are worth the dedication and duration of the campaign itself.

I think its hard to cope with regulations for bounty campaigns because in the first place, its the project who can benefits if there are so many bounty hunters interested in their project, at the same time the more they can attract investor through spreading in social medias, so the more hunter the better. That's why there are only few ICO's limiting there participants.
At present, a lot of people are participating in bounty campaign. Specially facebook and twitter bounty campaign. That's why rewards have been decreasing.
I also try to choose companies for participation with a limited number of participants. Otherwise, there are pennies that do not justify efforts

Yes i agree with to put some regulations and rules but dont choose you would be the participants becuase it is unfair for the other. It should be one bounty campaign for one user. Yes the more the participants in the campaign the less the rewards you will received. Social media campaign have many participants sometimes minimum of 500 participants so automatically the token you will received are a bit of tokens so its better to look some bounties that has less particpants or joined sig. Campaigs cause there are less participants in sig. Campaign.

so now there are a lot of bounty participants and their number is growing every day, and payments are getting smaller and smaller ( 
It depends on the bounty allocation, and yes, the amount of participants affect the salary that you could get, so lucky you if you could find a bounty which only has a few participant and their bounty allocation is so big. But we can't prevent other people joining the bounties, we have our own choice on what to do, though if you really want to avoid that kind of bounty, do some research, there is a lot of bounties out there which have limits on accepting participants.
Yes, it is true that the more participant the less earning to received. I think the campaign manager should limit the number of participants so that users it will earn bigger profits but we can say the more participant in the projects the more be successful.
Because doing a bounties have a great impact to the project that you advertise, but since that mostly of the projects will last a months so it would be tough for us as a bounty hunters. But doing bounties will gives you a good profit especially when you undergo with a good project.
the bounty campaign is the key to get fundraising on ICO, i think many peoples join it will affect good to ICO for spreading their projects, but for bounty hunter we will receive less. dont even worry about the payment you should get from some ICO, if you did it properly or make some extra efforts i beeive that developers also will look and consider for the worth payment that you did for them. anyway did you believe on destiny? every people in the world has their own fortune some people who seek for it extra will get extra too and the rest of them will only get based on their effort.
