I like that idea, but unfortunately, they want all the ethereum for themselves, they want to see their profit, first, and besides some altcoins can take a lot of time to get in exchange so bounty hunters will take months to get the fruit of their labor.

It is very rare in crypto world that ICO is paying in ETH. I personally wouldnt like to receive payout in ETH. Why? Because if you get paid on bulish market and on pump you can sell your tokens for a bigger price. Maybe a good idea is to ask hunters in which coins would you like to get paid: project's token/ethereum. What do you think?

Now very few projects can afford it. from the last I know, Crowdmachine, Cardstack. This is a great indicator and means that developers care about investors and their token value and don't give them away for free. although, of course , bounty hunters, worked and should be rewarded. I hope this trend will become popular in the future.

nice idea but it won't happen anyway, cause usually ICO managers know that their tokens are worthless that's why they pay with it cause it's like giving someone dust

I think that getting paid in ethereum would be great but I do not think it will happen as it incurs additional cost for project owners. Since if they pay you with their own coins you bear a share of the risk if it fails. So for us it would be better but not for them.

Yes I think its a good idea. But I think its better if the bounty hunter will be given the option to choose what kind of payment they like, whether its eth or the tokens. Some bounty hunters like tokens as their reward because they think they will gain more from it while others like etherum directly because they can exchange it directly to cash

It is actually better / more profitable for hunters if the payment is ethereum but if so it will certainly make etherum down the price, because it will be very easy to ethereum in the community, let alone a gift of Bitcoin may not be up to 1 year crypto walan dropped dramatically ..

Your comments are great but bounty campaigns are created and they pay bounty hunters with their tokens. If I pay with eth I think there will be only a few campaigns left

I think this is correct, and paying and accepting payments in ETH will be a huge change in the industry most especially to the bounty hunters because they will be paid directly, and less hassle on the exchanges.

This is one of the best suggestions. I agree with you that bounty hunters should be paid in ETH and not in tokens. Some bounty hunters realize (after so much stress campaigning for a project) that the token is worthless when listed in the exchange. But when efforts are being compensated with ETH, we have nothing to worry about

Yes I think that bounty hunters should be paid directly using Eth. This will ease the burden for the hunters of waiting long before the hard earned rewards are converted to real money. It isn't a joke to shed efforts in doing the chores just to earned some additional income.

I also think so, some of the ico pay with tokens and this is a risk for bounty hunter in my opinion, ico more and more now and this makes tokens from ico also more and this is affecting the market price. Many are let down from tokens ico in terms of price .

ICO (TGE) is crowdfunding, which is conducted specifically for projects with blockchain technology.
The purpose of crowdfunding is not to distribute assets, but to collect them.
Therefore, no one will give out participants in bounty to assets that already have market value

Bounty hunters quite often don't get awarded the coins or these are quite few but that's bounty campaigns and we should get more in the future.

Not that I've ever signed up for one of these token bounties, but I think that would be a fantastic idea. Much like the only legitimate signature campaigns pay in bitcoin, the only legitimate ICO bounties would pay in ETH.

It's definitely much less risky for the project devs to pay in whatever token they're hawking. Since most of them will never be worth anything, they're not really losing much money by paying the bounty hunters in tokens (if they even pay at all, which is another problem). Bounty hunters should have at least something to show for their efforts besides some worthless token.

I really hope there are bounty who pay with ETH according to ICO rate on the project, but it seems that until now rarely there are so few projects only then pay with ETH because they want the rate does not go down due to sales from bounty
