I think it has its positive and negative sides both as when the bunty hunters will be paid in ETH there will be security of payment as when you recieve payment in tokens you need to wait for the token to get registered on an exchange and wait for good point to trade and sometimes it takes months to get registered but there negative side too paid in ETH means there is no scope of increasing your pay as ETH is already stable.
Most bounty hunter like me would prefer to be rewarded in ethereum. It is easier to get your ethereum converted into fiat.
I agree that this is the easiest way. Because many hunters only care about payment. They are reluctant to wait for the coin to enter the market and wait even longer until it reaches an acceptable amount. 
I agree with this, but it is good to be paid in tokens because you can speculate with the price that those are going to have in a near future, i think that a 50 - 50 would be good
I think it's normal they paid in the currency they create... that's involve us Bounty hunter to their project !

It's not like they are changing the payment option during the middle of the campaign, people sign up knowing that they might get paid in a currency that might not be worth anything. It will be an advantage if we, bounty hunters will be paid using Eth. However, on the business side, ICO's preferred to pay us using their coin because much easier and cheaper that way. It will also help the circulation when they hit the exchange. It is just normal for us to use the product or alts that we are promoting so being paid using Ethereum will not be possible for now. If bounties are being paid using ETH, I think it will also affect ETH's price. It might be lower than what it is now.
Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.
I agree and it would save many problems, such as payments, deductions and issue of coins. But there are other problems. Many bounty hunters through bounty companies invest in projects and expect great climbs at the end.... 1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. For me what will be the value of the token of a one ICO if the reward will be eth? That's why we promote their project because they want to promote their altcoin. Your point is outstanding, as it will reduce the rate of dumping caused by bounty Hunters once those tokens are listed. Let's hope for the best though..
This would be nice for ico owners, investors and bounty hunters. There won't be unnecessary dump of coins and ico investors are protected too.
I think this would be a good solution for everyone involved. It would continue to promote the project the same way that bounties are currently done. Hunters would gain something of value in the form of ETH that is tradable right away. Investors would be protected because they wouldn’t have to worry about all the bounty rewards being sold at prices below the ICO price. It makes a ton of sense and I would like to see projects move that way.

that is a good idea. because if bounty hunter has received their token distribution they will sell it because they are just as bounty hunter. they are not an investor although there are also some of the bounty hunter will hold their tokens. and if many bounty hunters sell their tokens simultaneously then the token price will drop. this could harm the dev. 1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Hopefully they will listen to our requests and make everyone's dreams come true. I will never have to spend the time and effort to wait for the tokens listed on the exchange
The bounty campaigns are not made for you or me or any other bounty hunter to make easy money. They are made to promote the tokens. They care about their goals first, and that is the way that should be. Paying you in tokens is another way to spread as much tokens as possible.
I would be glad if I was paid for the work done in ETH. unfortunately, companies do not think so and pay a reward with their tokens.
First of all, the payment in the Eth would not be bad for us - bounty hunters. But your words made me think that there really is such a moment that after the distribution of the bounty, the price of coins falls, as many immediately sell them and not always at a good price. But still, I think that the campaigns will not take such a step because of their greed.

Payment in Ethereum or token. I think it's difficult to determine because all is definitely paid in the form of tokens, which can be held as your investment, and that would be of great value if the campaign project succeeds, meaning it is more valuable than Ethereum. But we must understand that in their prize campaign, will pay you more, because there is no cost to them.
I follow a lot of bounty and get the tokens as a gift, I would be happy if I get a bounty prize of eth so we do not need exchange but I think it is impossible because bounty is also used as a distribution and token supply is launched so the prize will also increase the token circulation in the market
