It's a good idea if they pay in Ethereum, but majority of those bounties that requires to pay in ethereum does not want to pay, there are some current bounties that just finished their campaign are yet to pay and they don't seem like paying, it's better they pay in the tokens that they have rather than Eth
There are already some bounty campaigns who are using ETH as payment. I've already encountered plenty of it. You can find these kind of bounty mostly at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0

Many of ICOs allocate some of the tokens to participants in bounty campaigns. Don't you think it is better to give bounty participnats reward in ETH?
1-2% of the money raised is not so much and bounty participants deserve that. Also, it can cause more investors to attract. Because they are no longer worry about the price fall after bounties are paid.

Very good choice, too much bounty hunter didn't hold their token because they scare their token will dump
I totally agree that Bounty hunters should be paid in ETH and their token will not be valid.
it does seem to provide high comfort for the hunter participants, but different things with the developers that the project they developed has a focal point on the token sales level, so from the percentage of his behavior token that is small can be distributed to the hunters who become participants.

Right now I'm participating in one month Twitter campaign paid in Bitcoin weekly which I'm glad I got that very limited slot. It's good for us hunters if they pay us with Eth or Bitcoin but definitely not good for the majority of ICOs. That would mean another extra expense for them especially if the campaign would take for few months. Great idea though.
Most of the Bounties will not pay us in terms of ETH and Bitcoin, i have been in crypto ICO's more than a year know but till now only a few companies paid in terms of ETH. Most of the companies will pay through their own coins.
This is a great idea. If you pay the bounty by ETH then I think the project will be better. The project team must be serious about the project. Avoid Scam projects when they have to spend an ETH on bounty instead of paying their own tokens to pay for the bounty.
This is very expensive for the project or to the team who manage a project to raise funds.Why? because if they fail they would still have to pay the bounty since this people who are helping to promote the project are just mere workers
and not part of the team, so maybe it's one of the reasons that the most of ICOs choose to pay their tokens or coins to bounty hunters.
this makes the reason of the bounty giver why not in the form of ETH but using the coins that are made, because the more we use different coins it will make the additional budget for the expenditure of the project.

I agree with you on this, paying in ethereum will further help the ico from dumping very hard, as the value of the token will be protected from bounty dumpers, once being paid in ethereum directly, one can use the Eth to buy another coin or sell instantly rather than converting the ico token to Eth then to sell or trade
if all ico will do this , then what would be the purpose of thier tokens ? but i agree , we need something legit like eth because working on a boounty is not easy . mostly a bounty can run for about three months and after that , there is still no assurance if what will be the value of the tokens that you will be recieving . there are also rare case that the tokens wont get listed becuase the devs left the project .
True for the allocation of funds using ETH coins will affect the stability of the coin price projected when the bounty distribution process has been carried out. but that will be a weight for project makers. 
It is less risky for the ico team to dedicate tokens from the sold tokens pool into the bounty because the token only has a market value after it is listed on exchanges.
However, regulatory changes could soon have token allocation for bounties ruled out. So you might see ETH bounties at some point this year.

The regulation could make token distribution to bounty hunters bumpy but i recall that at least in US, it is legal to do so if the project is properly defined ( there are 2 ways to define tokens there, one way make sit illegal other -legal)
Ii will depend on the jurisdiction for sure.
It makes sense, any team with some intelligence level should understand that but since it is not happening ,it shows how cheap the teams are and that they do not care about their investors because we all know that the dump comes from bounty hunters.

Given the price of ETH now, i don't think it is a good idea to use ETH as a salary. I think it is selective. It allows the bounty hunter to choose token or ETH as rewards.
I believe that all bounty hunters want to be able to get ETH directly as a reward, because it allows us to save a lot of fuel costs! And ETH is more valuable!
There is no difference in what you get paid. In tokens or in bitcoins. You are very different. For you it is important that the payment was high. And this is now a big problem.
No campaigns now paid high due to many participants and long dues of campaign timeframe. If there are limits maybe we can still get paid high but now its only those who join in translation or articles get paid big.

Don't forget that sometimes the airdrops and bounties that pay for their tokens themselves are a way to get their projects known and implement their projects. If it really has to be paid with other coins, then what's the use of them making tokens in addition to their projects? Even sometimes the bounty manager is offered with a token, but I think there will be a few bounty managers who will accept it.

giving ETH as a reward for their bounty work is good for bounty hunters but if it is linked to the token promotion it is not appropriate, because giving tokens for bounty hunters will add to the community of token holders
