Sometimes, it is good to sell immediately while at times, the best decision is to hold. It all depends on the nature of the project. It depends on how strong the project is. Once your findings shows that the coin will dump, just sell off immediately.
I always sell immediately my bounty rewards. Because if we got payment from bounty, price coin always going down because a lot of people sell their bounty rewards. Better than selling ASAP rather than price will be getting down.
With the current market conditions, this is definitely the best thing to do. No one knows when the markets are going to recover. What you'll do if the recovery is a good two to three years away? Selling immediately is the most intelligent thing to do now.
I currently HODL all of my bounty rewards unless I find a good opportunity and sell those tokens

It depends on the progress of the ICO of the project, so after the campaign and ICO check how much token were sold if the ICO reaches hard cap then hold it because it will make an impact in the future however if the project didn't even reach soft cap then there's no point holding it so sell it as soon as you receive it in your wallet.
In my opinion it is better to hold for one or two month before selling because every coin listed on any exchange some how follow the same trend. Initially the price will be low then after some weeks the coin will be pumped and that is the right time to sell your bounties because next pump will be after four or five months. If the project is good then buy the dip.
I will suggest you to hold all your bounty rewards for as long as you coin. One out of 10 coins will give you at least 50x in 6 months.

it always depends on you but for me i'm holding it and waiting for the value to increase and definitely i don't sell it unless i'm in need of money, a successful project of ICO where you participated will surely increase their token value that is why choose a nice project before applying.

Better you hold the token for a longer time, because it will make the token increase in value and you will get better results. But if you need money, you can sell it.
after experiencing few bounty campaigns my opinion is sell your bounty rewards immediately. anyhow the new coins value will come down if you interested you can buy again.
I would normally not sell everything immedeatly, if you stumpled upon a jewel that goes to the moon you will blame yourself for years. Besides you are not doing the project a favour that you supported. Dumping everything without thinking twice is therefore not only shortsighted but selfish and toxic behaviour that hurts every project
Every coin get pumped and need a correction afterwards , so I personally think that if it's 2x 3x from ICO price , you should sell some or just sell all and then buy back if you want .
I sell bounty reward ASAP, then buy again after 1-2 weeks, after it I hold. Sometime it gives x2 profit
it depends on market condition,own emotions and project quality ,if project is good one you can hold it until it hit good price..

The best decision is to hold when the bounty rewards is lower than ico price in the exchange and sell if the ico price and in the exchange is the same.

It is true that most of the tokens are getting listed at a discount now. But that doesn't mean that you should dump all of these tokens in one go. You can keep at least 25% of the tokens for medium-term holding and wait for 6 to 12 months. If then market conditions improve, then many of these tokens can give 10x to 20x returns.
You gonna sell it or hodl depending on the token you have if the project seems great and have a potential then why you gonna sell it on the low price? you participate the project in the long time and you sell it in a cheap so better to hodl it and then sell after a months you can make more profits on it.
It`s useless to sell immediately certainly at this moment because of low market as everybody sees, at least those tokens which have some perpsective and real product.

I'd hold my altcoins earned through tiresome bounty challenges, as the coin goes on listing its price immediately dips and you won't get the actual price potential of that coin.
Instead ill be updated about that altcoin and when the time is right ill trade them in an exchange.
Another way is where I trade half of the coins earned through bounty challenges and trade them immediately when it comes to exchanging listing and the other half of the coins ill hold for future growth in value

It actually depends on the token as I usually tend to hodl bounty rewards for at least two months . That way, I got time to evaluate token value and decide whether it's a long term investment or not. It usually plays out as a token with stable value and no promise of skyrocketing so I sell, but there have been some tokens I decided to hodl for the long term but it must be a viable project backed with good team
