^^ If I may add, if the game plan doesn't work, then it's up to the trainer to give instructions to their boxer in the fight itself so that they will have a good chance to win. And I think Ugas is also capable of adjusting in the middle of the fight, same as Errol Spence. So this is like going to be a chess match and the first one to make a mistakes in the fight will lose.

I would really praise Ugas if he knockout Pacquaio, IMO. In this fight, if I were to compare the stats then Ugas is surely the underdog compared to Spence Jr. But I will still let the man (Ugas) give the benefit of the doubt and see if he can upset Spence Jr. here.
He was not able to knockout Pacquaio because he stick to his plan, and that is by using his advantage. If he was careless, he might make a mistake and get hurt and that could ruin his plan, so it was just the right strategy, besides he won via UD.

You got that right! Ugas knows well that he can't just go and charge to Pacquiao so among his strategies is to avoid exchanging blows toe-to-toe as it would make him at the disadvantage, Ugas can't really afford to get a blow especially when it comes from Pacquio because he might get unlucky. And at the end of the fight, he really got what he wanted.

That's what you called discipline, he stick to the game plan and he won easily. Pacman is a knockout artist, though he was smaller in that fight but his power cannot be underestimated as we have seen in some of his fights that he really punished his opponent, Ugas knows that.

A game plan is established before the fight with the hopes that those the same plan will succeed and no matter what happens, the fighter should stick with it and Ugas did exactly what is in the game plan and that is also why he succeeded in defeating Pacquiao despite the lack of time he was given to prepare. He knows too well that he's on disadvantage in terms of speed and power against the people's champ.

But Spence is really confident that he will beat Ugas in this fight, even going to the public and says that he is not Manny Pacquiao and he is better than him, so this fight for him is a mismatch. But as you have said, one thing to be arrogant, and you have to back it up in the fight.

The same confidence with Ugas too, much even higher than what I think . Ugas is hungry for the title and the moment he got a chance to do it against Pacquiao, he never lets go of the opportunity. Spence is confident because who is Ugas by the way on his dictionary. Just a boxer that become popular because he beat Pacquiao.

I hope Spence being arrogant should not pay him a scenario he doesn't want to experience.

I'm with Ugas here but to take advantage of betting with him, bookies should give him a big odds to win. Smiley

Odd is still very attractive, 3.75 ML for Ugas. So for gamblers and Ugas fans, this is really good and who knows, he might hit another milestone with a huge upset against a arrogant Spence who don't show respect on him.

Of it's just Spence believes in his talent that he can win against everyone, including Bud Crawford. The fight that we also wanted to see.

The difference here is when Pacman fought against the task at that time even though Pacman was superior but at the age he reached his final age which was indeed fatal because even though he was a good boxer but age would not lie for that, But now it's different, Spence still has enough time with an age that can be said to be a mature age for a boxer. He is a great person and very fair when in this fight he is quite the seed
Exactly, though Pacman had a good win against Thurman in 40's, we cannot deny that we saw him slowed down already compared to his previous fights when he was still younger. The only thing that puzzles me is why Pacman still makes an excuse after he lost to Ugas on a one-sided decision, and later realizes that he cannot do boxing anymore so he retired.

Now, the fans has a little respect to Ugas because of that excuse and they don't think he can beat a younger and a stronger champion of Spence.

Some fans maybe, but even if he beats Pacman convincingly, I still believe that he will remain as the underdog in his fight against Spence. Remember that when the line was out on the Pacman vs Spence, Spence was the favorite to win. Let's not stress out our speculation on that, let's just wait until the fight will happen and see who's gonna win, my vote goes to Spence obviously.
You forgot the important point I said before, Ugas is a good fighter and we all know that but the result won't change much because this is the same as his fight with Pacman and even if Ugas can but age will still speak in this.
He's only 35 now but I'm still pretty sure Spence can beat him even with a slight age difference but he can make the most of it.
Some do say that age wouldnt affect that much but it is evident on what happened on Pacquiao which it did really make out some toll and with Spence which is younger then he wouldnt really be having that kind of disadvantage.

But Spence shouldnt really be that confident or taking lightly on Ugas or else that would really be making out some mistake which might result into a loss.No doubt that Spence would be the main favorite on here
but there are people who are rooting for Ugas to pull some upset on here just like on what he did in the past which not everyone is expecting.

Spence is also not getting any younger, he is already 32 years old so I guess both him and Ugas are still in their prime years, so it is about equal.

But Spence is really confident that he will beat Ugas in this fight, even going to the public and says that he is not Manny Pacquiao and he is better than him, so this fight for him is a mismatch. But as you have said, one thing to be arrogant, and you have to back it up in the fight.

this is why this upcoming fight is very interesting to look forward to. the caliber of spence jr will be tested on ugas. though spence is highly favourite here, but we can't be too sure that ugas has no chance of beating him. some are considering that ugas got lucky with pacquiao because of his age, but remember a boxer still needs skills and strategy to beat a boxing legend. it is not an easy feat also for ugas.
ugas knows what he is up against, so no doubt he will be on serious training here.

Agree that it's not about being luck. Ugas was being in a disadvantage on that fight against Manny since it's roughly about few days where he was called for a replacement. Lack of time to prepare. He beat Manny because of skills, not purely luck.
If I'm not mistaken, Ugas has a fight as well during that time, he is in the undercard of the match between Manny and Errol Spence. So he is active and ready to do battle, maybe his luck comes from the timing of Errol Spence's injury, but no doubt that he has the skills to beat Manny back then.

Against Spence, let's see if he can make a way to beat the heavy favorite. He is more of eager to win here since he has a target. However, Spence won't surely give him an easy fight. Can't wait for that day to see them clashing with each other.
Yes, he is proclaiming that fighters are avoiding him because of his style so let's see how good Spence is if he can break down Ugas. Style makes fight so this one is very intriguing match-up.

The fight for the unification of the title spence and ugas became one of the favorite spectacles worth waiting for this year, after a long absence due to experiencing problems with the retina of the eye, spence will try to fight for three world welterweight titles, I personally might see more if spence will can win the fight later because apart from fighting at home, spence has an unbeaten record in 27 fights and that makes me very confident to bet on spence win over ugas.

Not all the times i would say but it isnt really bad or something that couldnt be avoided for someone to make out those kind of analysis but just like on whats been said that
it wouldnt be that effective most of the time because there would be factors that would be affecting and might able to make outcomes different when boxers do face on.
there are always room for improvement and changes which could really make different results.

Proper preparations and readiness when the fight start, inside the ring we don't know who's really going to stand up and win, analysis is just a basis and the actual result still unknown during the fight, I also agree that kind of theory is not fit with boxing there are upset that can happen, even on my own opinion Spence is better than Ugas but I can't conclude that Spence will win this fight, that same argument applies with how those fans and bettors belive that Pacquiao can take down Ugas then it went to other side.

We will see the outcome after the last bell, whoever win the fight they are both champ and both have the opportunities to win over another.
Every game and doesnt only limit out only boxing but also in other sports as well on which upsets or turnaround events could really happen which would really result into some shock into those people who had been

watching.Upsets could happen which is true and mentioning about triangle analysis then it wont really be that effective but it isn't bad to look for that kind of probability but speaking with probability then you should

really mind off about that Ugas could still possibly beat up Spence on this one and lots had been eyeing on the same probability.

Just because it lines up it all comes down to money and if it makes sense for both sides.  Crawford don't care who he fights.  His angle has always been to be the pound for pound best.  I'd love to see his go at with with Spence.  I don't buy many of the fights but I'd pony up for that one.  Boxing needs that fight to happen.  Crawford is fun to watch, always liked seeing him in the ring.
In terms of money, I think there will be no problem in this match (if it happens) because it is certain that this will be one that will be recorded in history considering that both fighters are the best at this time and of course there must be one who is made king in one area. Likewise in boxing there must be one who can indeed be said to be the ruler now whether it is Spence or Crawfod.
The best boxers now in their division are Crawford and Spence because they are both undefeated and holding a title, Ugas just came in the picture because he was successful in defending his title against Pacman, but I guess that would not last long as Spence could beat him and that will give way to the biggest fight which is the Crawford vs Spence.

A lot are hoping that Spence Jr will easily beat Ugas in the upcoming fight.
Even sportsbooks are highly favoring Spence Jr with their odds.
Ugas is at 3.5-4.2, which clearly shows that they are indeed expecting Spence to win.
And that is true, Ugas came into the picture because he beat the legendary Pacquiao.
So we will see to how far can Ugas hold that belt inside the ring. This is an interesting match to watch out for.

The same scenario with Ugas vs Pacman fight, people thought that Ugas despite being the bigger fighter could not beat the faster Pacman but it was a complete upset although Ugas was the one who is defending his title. Here, we don't what's gonna happen, the people could be right, or maybe another upset would happen again, os just place your bet to the fighter you think had a bigger chance of winning.
The difference here is when Pacman fought against the task at that time even though Pacman was superior but at the age he reached his final age which was indeed fatal because even though he was a good boxer but age would not lie for that, But now it's different, Spence still has enough time with an age that can be said to be a mature age for a boxer.
