This is a once and a lifetime opportunity for Dasmarinas, and he should take full advantage of it. Yes, he will be the underdog here, so hopefully there will be no pressure on him but perform to his best. He is facing a champion who hasn't lost and on the prime and the top dog of the bantamweight.
Right, Dasmarinas should better be bringing his A-game in the table here otherwise he will be the next victim of the Monster.

So it's a big task ahead of him and he should box perfectly and his chin are going to be tested here. If he has the heart of the champion, then definitely he could pull one of the biggest upset this year. Goodluck to Michael because he needs it.
Not only that, his chin should hold against Inoue power, every one that Inoue touches either go down or have affected them psychologically. Will be very difficult fight for Dasmarinas and I don't think that he has the experienced as well.

It's an automatic favorites for Inoue in any sportsbook.

So the Casimero fight is not anymore possible? well, at least we will see our KABAYAN to fight with the monster.

Michael Dasmarinas is not undefeated but he hasn't loss since 2015,  like his chances here honestly, and I like the fact that Inoue is so overvalued as a fighter, we will probably get a good betting odds here.

Knowing how Pinoy pride fights', being an underdog is a great challenged for Dasmarinas, proving something to raise the flag will serve as an inspiration to work hard preparing for this fight.

I can say that it might more tough since Inoue is not just a ordinary fighter but same a like with Mayweather he also have that skills he loves playing with his opponents and wait for a good opening before moving inside.

Although both fighters are furious and have their own chances of defeating each other,
it's the will and the strategy that will count, training camp from both ends will make the
difference and standup winning this fight.

Time for Dasmarinas to shine. Beating Inoue will make his name increase his ranking.

But for that to happen, he needs to create wild gameplay. Inoue is a deadly fighter and even I'm rooting for the PH boxer to win, we can't just hide the reality that Inoue has a better chance to win in this fight. Want to see the odds for Dasmarinas. I hope it's a good one as he is the underdog as I will place a bet for him for support.

Dasmarinas faced the biggest challenge for him now, and as underdog he should follow the strategic moves given by his coach and trainor. It wouldn't be easy for him to beat this skilled fighter Inoue, but with discipline and determination he would be able to beat this guy. I am also having a nice bet for him as supporting my own race for the fight definitely give him an enormous encouragement.

Much better to put Dasmarinas record here for reference:

Good solid boxer, south paw (might help to confuse Inoue early), good KO %, but with 2 losses already.

I don't think he has enough tools to beat Inoue at this division right now. He is too strong and his ring IQ is one of the best at bantamweight. But Filipino boxers love to be the underdog so I wouldn't be surprise if Dasmarinas works very hard to pull an upset.

Sportsbooks will favour Inoue on this match.
But interested what will be the gap of the odds?
Well, perhaps that will happen. Because Inoue had a zero loss while Dasmarinas already had 2 losses on his boxing record, it will surely Dasmarinas will become an underdog in this match and the odds are in favor of Inoue. I remember how Nonito Donaire was not able to win with Inoue on November 7, 2019, and I don't think this time Dasmarinas will break the winning streak of Inoue. This is a good match and I am sure as of now Dasmarinas was preparing for this match very hard.

I am sure, Dasmarinas is preparing hard for this fight as he will be the underdog here.
But his record is not that bad though. He will be a good contender for Inoue.

Japan's Inoue will have to defend his belt against IBF mandatory Michael Dasmarinas of the Philippines.

Quote
Naoya Inoue's continued quest for bantamweight supremacy will now include a Hot and Spicy mandatory title defense.

The undefeated three-division and reigning unified 118-pound titlist will next face Philippines’ Michael ‘Hot and Spicy’ Dasmarinas, the longtime IBF mandatory challenger in waiting. A scheduled purse bid hearing to determine promotional rights was canceled after the two sides reached an agreement, IBF representatives informed BoxingScene.com.

A firm fight date has yet to be established for the bout, which will take place in Inoue’s native Japan. Travel restrictions due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic serve as the main roadblock in officially scheduling the contest, which will mark Inoue’s third defense of the IBF belt and second as a unified titlist.

So this is finalised already so it will be Dasmarinas and not John Riel Casimero. It's a long waiting for Dasmarinas, who have been the mandatory since 2019, but he has to wait after the WBSS bantamweight tournament. Would love to see Dasmarinas win this, however, I don't think that anyone can beat Inoue at 118 lbs right now, maybe except Casimero

So let's wait for the final date, we still have the Covid-19 situation though, I speculate that the fight could be held around May-June.
