I don't think Casimero and Donaire would fight against each other and I'm sure that the Filipino organizers wouldn't allow it. It's better to have a single representative from each country in a single match. There will be lapses if that happens. Both Casimero and Donaire are making a good name in the industry and most Filipinos support them on their journey.

The Filipino wouldn't want them fighting, but If the boxing council orders a mandatory fight then there's nothing else you can do. Nevertheless, it's a step forward for the boxer's career.

We have seen scenarios like this for the Mexican fighters. They have been fighting each other in the international ring, maybe because there were plenty of good boxers in their country.
This same scenario will inevitably happen for any nationality too.

As long as the Philippines has a good amateur and professional boxing program, it won't run out of good boxers. But the problem is that they are not well known boxing promoters in the country. Once, it was Elorde's son who keep boxing alive, not sure what happen though. But then Manny came along, now that he established MP and hopefully it will help a lot of Filipino break into the US soil. However, we already have the case of Casimero breaking out and then joining Donaire in Probellum, not a good sign to me as to what is going on MP.

They will not be ordered to fight each other because they are champions of the different councils.

Donaire is the current WBC world bantamweight champion while Casimerois the WBO world bantamweight champion.
If there's a mandatory fight, it should be coming from the same council, a champion to fight its top challenger.

And even being perfect may not be enough, it is obvious that Donaire is a great fighter but sometimes all the preparation of the world is not going to be enough because as you get old your body no longer responds as it used to, this means that even with the perfect preparation Gaballo could still beat him simply because he is younger, this is obviously unfair but it is the way all sporting competitions work and there is nothing he can do about it.

Correct, that's why we have a saying that boxers gets old overnight. Because how much they trained and dedicate themselves and sacrifice, it's not even enough for certain boxers to win.

Specially with the condition that Donaire is, he is no longer young and he could really get old in this fight, can't pull the trigger and his timing will be off. Giving the chance to Gaballo to become a new Filipino champion.
It is sad but that is the way it works and sometimes the fighter is unaware of this happening and they have to get in the ring and lose a fight that just a few years ago they would not have lost to understand this aging process is taking place, and what better example than what happened to Pacquiao on his last fight, he did not looked at all like the Manny we remember back in his glory days and he even looked way worse than his previous fights, and when that happens retirement is the only option as in boxing injuries can be massive if you are not on the ring at your best.

They would fight if they want to, they can unify their belt and that's a big fight. If we see Mexican boxers fighting each other, then why it's not possible with Filipino fighters? This is business and promoters will allow this since it could bring big money to them, and have you ever asked yourself why Gaballo vs Donaire is going to happen? I believe they are both Filipinos.
There's no final date yet I guess but this will push through between Gaballo and Donaire since this match ordered by the WBC and they really have to fight even if they are both Filipinos, same thing with Casimero and Donaire that almost happen last time. Even if you have the same nationality you still have to fight, because this is your only way to go up and without this, it will be hard for you to land on international ring.

In case the promoter of Donaire and Casimero would not allow them to fight each other, then someone must go up in weight so the fight will not happen. However, if they get a chance to fight Inoue and both will lose, then there's no debate anymore as Inoue will become an undisputed champion which might lead to Donaire's retirement and Casimero uncertain future.

The arrangement might be giving way to each other, if they both win from these mandatory fights,

Calling for Inoue or other fighters from the same division will be their next target, though both of them need to win first before
thinking about the next blow.

Gaballo may give some hard time to Donaire. He is also aiming for this big break for his career. If he wins, then the belt will remain
to another pinoy champ, something that the pride will continue to celebrate.

I think either Casimero or Donaire will going to fight Inoue will definitely give a boxing fans a very exciting fight but since Casimero and Donaire seems to be under the same promotion maybe the much awaiting rematch between two Filipino fighters is somewhat impossible. However, if boxing organization like WBO would going to order for a rematch it would be possible. In my prediction, both Donaire and Casimero will going to win in their respective matches but its undeniable that Gaballo is not also a fighter that will easily give up.

Casimero first then that would be enough for me, don't get me wrong, I just don't want to waste time because I've seen Donaire vs Inoue fight and the result is likely the same if they'll do a rematch. If Casimero would fight, at least it's more unpredictable and Casimero might pull at upset.

Many of them fight because of money since there's a huge prize on this industry especially if they won and became famous, look at what Pacquaio did for sure many poor boxers make him as inspiration and want to be like him which we all know that he go rags to richest and became wealthy just because of boxing. Philippines have so many talented fighters and we see young champions rising up right now and the question here now is who will follow the track of Pacquaio.
I'd say most but only a few I guess gets to the top as being famous. He's was inspiration of the many athletes in this generation here in the Philippines and I guess even abroad not just in boxing but other sports too. It's not about the money but some most likely emulate him for the dedication he puts throughout his career. That's a vague question at the moment but likely not gonna see a new one in the decades to come comparing his legacy.

I do think that boxers nowadays are engaging into this sports due to the potential of earning a significant amount of sum in each fight. Though the problem is, lots of people slightly invalidate the efforts of some boxers as most really do put their effort into training and honing their skill to perfect their craft.
lol Boxers are aiming for Money that is a clear statements and proofs on how most gamblers act in the past years , either small or big payments still they will go to fight, because if not for money then why do need to hurt themselves ?

and besides they are risking their life in every fight to not worth a Money?

Quote
Pacquiao, on the other hand, is a prime example of the dream of most boxers. He started with nothing and ended with everything. With such humility, faith, and respectfulness, those are what drove him to be a better boxer amongst others.

lol Pacquiao is the best example of how money makes gamblers life different .

Exactly, he is a legend in the sports of boxing as he made a history of being an 8 division world champion that even the greatest boxer they recognize has not achieved that.

Nowadays, getting undefeated in boxing is not any more hard as we have a lot of undefeated boxers now, but getting the same success of Manny Pacquiao, I guess that would not be surpassed anymore as I don't anymore see anyone who may be like Manny in the future, even if they said Inoue could follow the footstep of Manny in boxing.

^^ Yes, we wanted both Donaire and Casimero to win. And even if Donaire losses this one, at least it will still be a Filipino.

However, I really don't like to see Filipino vs Filipino, might be better if they are going against a different nationality so that it will not be hard to choose and who are we going to support in this fight. Maybe they can talk reunification later if any one of them beat Naoya first.

Not gonna happen for Donaire vs Casimero because they are now under the same promotion, it only happened that Donaire has to fight a Filipino challenger because it's mandatory, if not, for sure Donaire will not choose to fight Reymart Gaballo.

Well, this is business, on the other hand, we also have to be proud that we have Filipino champions in the same weight class that's why we are seeing them fighting each other.

So when and where will be this fight to happen?

They will fight next month.

Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo agreed to for December 11
Quote
Nonito Donaire’s ordered WBC bantamweight title defense against Reymart Gaballo has been agreed to for Dec. 11, Mike Coppinger reports at ESPN.com.

The show will take place at Dignity Health Sports Park — the former StubHub Center — in California, meaning that Donaire-Gaballo will not take place in Dubai along with John Riel Casimero’s fight against Paul Butler, which had been previously rumored.

Just a month from now, we will eventually witness this big fight for both Filipinos.

But the fight of Casimero vs Butler will be in December 11 also, so this is a doubleheader but we will not be seeing them in the same venue because Casimero's fight will be held in Dubai while Donaire's is in the US. Anyway, there's no problem with that as long as they don't fight at the same time so the fans would be able to see both fights.

This is fine as long as we can see the fight to be done in December then there's nothing wrong with this and for sure there fans will still watch both of their fight but I'm curious about what time would it be knowing this is big fight and for people not to miss this and can able to watch from start to finish.

I hope both of them will win so that we can see a possible match up of two great fighters in Philippines.

Filipino are so smart these days and they will not go after fame since they know seek for better record and brains to run their political system and this kind of fame things will not help anyone even if they are famous on the sports category where they belong. So I expect that they will not win if they decide to run on election, but if they show their eagerness to help people and study about politics and economy maybe this doubt will be change, but make sure that this study will not only take 3 months just like what Manny did since its like he do that for just complying and make his self a degree holder by paying the school.

Are you sure he just paid the school just to get the degree?
Anyway, we don't know the real score here but it will show if he just paid, because his learnings should reflect on his political disposition.
But I don't think every Filipino boxer has that kind of political direction. Politics is not for all.
For most boxers, better enjoy the retirement after their boxing career.
it's true as you say but the possibility will always be there and there could be many who are pioneers there when athletes and boxers like him can double up directly into politics, of course they can be a reference for others to do the same.
because indeed they are old enough in the game but not old enough to be politicians.
it is possible for many to become pioneers and bridge other athletes there to do the same thing because indeed it is very promising even though certainly not everyone thinks the same.
