Yes it's quite true that Gaballo isn't too famous in the Philippines because there is a lot of other boxers that are even stronger than him like the ones who are keeping themselves in the Bantamweight division. But Gaballo's boxing record is not easy to achieve (24-0) 20 of that is via knockout, that's why he's now matching with Nonito Donaire who is famous and if ever Gaballo would win against Nonito, and I know that eventually that Nonito will be just a stepping-stone for Gaballo and it could be the start of his fame and he will be known throughout boxing industry.

Are you sure he just paid the school just to get the degree?
Anyway, we don't know the real score here but it will show if he just paid, because his learnings should reflect on his political disposition.
But I don't think every Filipino boxer has that kind of political direction. Politics is not for all.
For most boxers, better enjoy the retirement after their boxing career.

If Gaballo would able to beat up Donaire on this one then it would be a huge step up on his career and also into its popularity and fame knowing that Donaire isnt someone that you could just beat up
and when it comes to experience and skills then its clear on who do have the edge on here but who knows if there would be some sort of upset that could happen on this fight.
No one could tell since everything is unpredictable on things what would happen next and for Gaballo then he should do his best because he knows on whats on stake on here.

True, and no offense to Reymart, he is no name as compare to Donaire and even if he won against Rodriguez, boxing fans are not familiar with him. Even to some Filipinos, he is relatively unknown, if not for the fight against Rodriguez, he will still be under the shadows of most well known Filipino bantamweight champions such as Casimero and Donaire. But it good that there are also other Filipinos in this division, like Jonas Sultan who recently won. At least we can say that the Filipinos are dominating this weight class.

This is somewhat true if we do talk about on potential selling off the fight and since both are having the same nationality then expect it would less compared if there would really be difference in between the two.

If the arrangement would be like that then so be it and they are the ones who do set out and arrange those fights on the first place and not from the boxer decision itself.
Normal for them to stick on neither on revenue reasons or just following the system.

For sure this would be entertaining knowing that Filipinos are really skilled and good in terms on the boxing of sports.

Once a boxer already a boxer some of the people think they are now getting quarantine and now taking a practice but I saw most of the vlog of him are still doing a training because if there's a chance to make a match they needed to get aware and keep their body on fit so they didn't make it hard training again.
For this match Nonito already got the momentum and chance to win the fight.
