Personally I do not see anything wrong with fighting another boxer from the same country, after all boxing is really popular at Philippines and before they could fight with opponents from other countries they had to fight their own countrymen, however the fact they are part of the same promotion agency is a problem but one that they will have to get over if both of those fighters want to become the best on their division.

Well either Donaire or Gaballo will win I'm sure there are still a pride that their countrymen will be proud off though as a Filipino I think it will be hard for them to choose which one they will going to support but if I am going to support to Donaire instead.

Donaire's last goal might be a rematch to Inoue before retiring. But he needs to finish the task first by beating Gaballo.

I'm supporting both Donaire and Gaballo here but maybe it's time now for a younger generation to enter the big picture. If Donaire will lose in this match, he should retire now for good as Inoue won't show any interest in a rematch. If Gaballo, on the other hand, losses, he should take that loss as his inspiration and fuel to improve more.

As a boxing fan I am looking forward to watch a hard fight rematch between Casimero and Donaire but with the thought that they are under the same promotion I don't think that we could watch it as soon as possible.

I hope to see a great fight, but this fight could end early because Nonito's style fits on the aggressive style of Gaballo, one counterpunch could end the fight, so Gaballo better study that and not just use his old strategy which is very predictable. Nonito has been in many big fights, a real champion, so I'm confident he would put Gaballo in trouble here.

There's no question that Donaire will put Gaballo in trouble because experience-wise, Donaire has a great one. But I can't see the fight will end early. Gaballo is surely working now on how to counter any of Donaire's styles. Even Donaire has an edge to this fight, we should not underestimate the pride of Gaballo.

Not picking who will win as they are both Filipinos. Whoever wins, it's a great leap in their career.

Gaballo is also a Filipino and yet it's okay for us to see they'll fight, the only hindrance why Casimero will not fight Donaire is because they are on the same promotion, but for the sake of greatness, one should fight anyone even if they are on the same race just to be an undisputed champion. If Donaire won against Inoue in a rematch, I'm sure he will aim to be an undisputed champion so he can retire with a great record.

There's nothing wrong with that as it's a sport and entertainment, and in the case of the Gaballo vs Donaire fight, Gaballo is a mandatory challenger and Donaire has no option but to face him, also, Gaballo even said that Donaire is his idol but also wants to fight him and beat him. So you see, nothing is personal, it's just pure business.

Yeah nothing wrong with that and their's no patriotic thing in boxing so whatever nationalities it is as long as they are im the save weight class and no disadvantage what we can see then everything is fine. One thing is for sure here we can see a great fight among this fighters knowing that both of them is a great fighter and they have to prove something to their fans so this is still a good match up to see.
You cant really avoid that there would be some sort of biases or something like that when it comes to fights specially in regardless of their nationality then there would be always that kind of impression or mentality which would really be a normal thing.

Of course we are really longing for a good fight from time to time and we know these boxers arent really those amateurs' which it wouldnt really be bad on seeing their upcoming fight.

Both are the same of nationality and sympathy wouldnt really be hard because people would always stick on the ones which is known or popular or does have higher stats or ranking.
So get used to it.

Also I really want Donaire to win as I want him to fight Casimero or either Inoue.
He might win this fight but don't expect he will fight Casimero because they are on the same promotion. Inoue is most likely his next opponent because they fought before and it will be easy for Probellum to reach out Top Rank CEO Bob Arum to make this fight happen.
The Casimero fight is still possible though, but we don't want another Filipino fighting his countryman.

So it's better we see Donaire vs Inoue again. At least we will see Donaire be given another shot because he was really close the first time.

He broke Inoue's orbital bone in their first fight. Maybe Donaire will try a different approach in the rematch and not let Inoue off the hook this time. But still boils down whether Bob Arum wanted his cash cow to fight Donaire again.

If he would make it on that rematch against Inoue? We had seen on how hed perform on that last match and we know that age did really take some toll on his performance.

Im not underestimating him but i would rather have some high chance to believe on that Casimero would really be having some good chance on beating Inoue but im still not
sure though

but it isnt really that bad to presumpt and see on how Casimero vs Inoue would looks like or ending up.

Unfortunately the chance for that fight to happen is so thin knowing that they are now at the same building but who knows maybe there's a chance for that fight to happen knowing many fans also want that match up to be sealed. But for now maybe his first assignment first after this fight is Inoue since its good to revenge and retrieve back his reputation after he lost from him on this last match.

Yes, it will be in December 11 and it's been in the news already, from this news outlet, it also says the same date.
https://news.abs-cbn.com/sports/10/29/21/boxing-donaire-vs-gaballo-is-showtime-main-event-in-dec

That's less than a month only, we will eventually see this fight and whoever wins this fight, has a chance to fight Inoue.
Gaballo is a great boxer but Donaire is a king, he is back and he'll use his technical boxing skills on Gaballo.

So the fight will not happening in Las Vegas Nevada instead in Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California? well it doesn't matter where this will be Held but who wins the fight in fair  fight.

I wanted Nonito to win the fight , Betting with small amount now as I lose big in the last fight of Manny Pacquiao .

Yes it will happen on that venue as this article says https://www.rappler.com/sports/boxing/donaire-casimero-dangle-world-crowns-vs-gaballo-butler-mama-faces-edwards

But also same as you I don't care about the venue since the main thing for me here is the fight to happen on their set date with no inervention.

Also I really want Donaire to win as I want him to fight Casimero or either Inoue.

It's approaching so fast, and that day we will know if Donaire will have to retire or will pursue a rematch with Inoue. Though most of the fans are thinking that Donaire will win this fight, but we also have to remember that Gaballo is undefeated, he also has power as evidenced by his high KO ratio.

They really make schedule the fight of Donaire on the same date for Casimero's fight, because I believe if one of them will lose, at least there's still one that would be ready to face Inoue to unify their belt.

Of course, if he somewhat pull an upset against the legend Donaire, then it will be Gaballo's time to shine and hopefully he will be the next big boxer coming out of PH.

But yes, this is very tough for either of them, Gaballo has the power, and we all know that Nonito's chin is that that strong, we've seen him tagged and goes down in some of his career losses. Still one month to go before this fight happens, and we can only wish that this will be as entertaining fight as everyone is expected although is all-PH boxers.
The upset can happen, so Donaire at big risk here because if he loss this might be the end of his career though a possible rematch can happen. Gaballo will give his best on this match because this might be the start of his good career in boxing and looking at his previous matches, he’s pretty good. Even if this is a Filipino match, I can still see the excitement between these two boxer, they’ll do their best to give us the best fight.

But first and foremost, when will this going to happen? As I noticed, we are all just speculating here but no defined date yet. So this may not even push thru and Donaire may face another opponent. So I am just awaiting if they will ever published the date and venue for this fight. It is much better to have discussion if we know this is going thru.

What fight are you talking about? Donaire vs Gaballo? We already have a date isn't it? December 11.

 https://www.badlefthook.com/2021/11/1/22757042/nonito-donaire-next-fight-vs-reymart-gaballo-agreed-december-11-showtime-boxing-news-2021

So this is no longer speculation and that's why we have this thread.

If you are talking about Donaire vs Inoue, it's obvious that it will not happen yet as Donaire needs to win this one first.

So that discussion here is Donaire vs Gaballo, and other than that, other fights, Donaire vs Inoue or Donaire vs Casimero is all speculation.

I don't think Donaire will face another opponent. WBO's mandated fight always pushed.

The first rumor was next month, December. But if ever it won't happen next month, it's good to think that maybe within 1Q next year.

It is much better to have discussion if we know this is going thru.

As long as in papers that the fight will happen, it's ok to continue the discussion. We will just stop here if there's an announcement that the fight will be canceled.
