If Butler opted to have a fight with another boxer, I'm sure Casimero will be on a big trouble today, but since Butler also want to fight Casimero he waited for him patiently.

Less than a month before they face in the ring, I hope both of them will be qualified on weighting day and no more health issues because I want to see Casimero to win and face Inoue on his next fight.

There will be no case like that since Butler has no other option but to only face Casimero. He's the next boxer on the rank behind Casimero. If he will fight other boxers, those are below his rank and it's a waste of opportunity since it will take several months again before able to has an opportunity again to fight Casimero.

Butler is already in good shape and preparing seriously for this fight. I'm sure he won't have a problem during the weigh-in. Casimero, since already failed once, is the one we need to monitor and trust his nutritionist to give their best to make Casimerio in good shape on the weigh-in day.

They don't train for long just to be disqualify and miss that weighing requirement before the match that they've been waiting. But about the health condition of Casimero.

Righ! That belt is used as a label that the boxer who is carrying it is a champion of that specific division and that same belt also attracts the people that leads to the money.
I also read about that earlier this year that Donaire and Inoue would do a rematch as both camps is also interested about it and currently having talks about it but as time passed by, it didn't materialized and there's no update about it at all.

This is not possible if Donaire and Casimero win on their respective matches because they are already under one promotion team, and they tried to have a fight before but both of them agreed not to proceed it since they are both Pinoy, Inoue against Pinoy boxers are most possible.

But I have a doubt that Donaire would be able to win against Inoue. They already fought before and it was Inoue who dominated the fight, so I expect the same scenario and I also expect that after the fight Inoue would go to be an undisputed champion in the bantamweight before moving up, and that means he has to fight Casimero.

we can't say that for sure. remember, donaire is also a technical boxer and since he already experienced inoue inside the ring, he knows where to improve next. so this is quite interesting also to watch. if for some reason, donaire will beat inoue, more then likely there will be trilogy... that's boxing though. so long these promoters can milk their boxers, they will.
but casimero should settle first this butler's fight before thinking of inoue.

Butler was offered to fight another fighter in replacement of Casimero, but he chooses not to and wait for Casimero so that the opportunity is still there to win a belt.

Or someone just advise him to just sit it up and wait till everything settles down. And it was a good decision on their part, as the WBO gives the signal to resume the fight for next month.

counsel of him are doing quite moves to solve this issue without any interference from mainstream medias, you said it right, the

justice system mostly siding with the victims but it can also turn things in favor of him if the price is right.

It doesn't mean that you are falsely accused and you're automatically confident because you can win it. Court trials are tricky af. You could be jailed and pay for some moral damages if your lawyer failed to defend your case.

He has to face that challenge, but if he is really trained well, there should be no problem during the fight night. The problem is already their, facing it is the only solution, besides, if he wins this case, he could counter the lawsuit to clean his name and let the accuser pay for the damages done to his reputation.
