Thanks, as what as I expected, Casimero will still be the heavy favorite no matter if there is a health concern about him or the sexual cases he had in the Philippines. Bookmakers are looking past on the strength of their records and clearly Casimero as champion is highly regarded as the big favorite to regain his belt against Butler. But even if he is the heavy favorite, their is a slim chance for an upset and hopefully Butler is not the one that will derail his plans to fight Inoue in the future.
No surprise there, Casimero despite all of what has happened around him should still be the favorite and it seems the casino are seeing this as well, however while I am always interested in watching an upset happening at the same time I cannot wait anymore to see Casimero fighting Inoue, months ago it seemed as if it was just a matter of time until we could see that fight, only for things to crumble down before our eyes, a win by Butler will only delay or maybe even prevent that fight to happen at all, something which I do not want to happen.

Indeed, if Butler  able to upset Casimero, the dream match between Inoue and Casimero will continue to

delay or possibly not to happen, which most of the fans will surely not be happy though we don't really know what will be
the outcome is even Casimero is the favorite.

A boxer is a boxer. There's always strength and power is that capable of beating their opponent. Casimero needs this one
to continue his chase in facing Inoue.

Fight Butler and then knock him out, simply formula to get the attention of Inoue and his camp.
Or maybe the other way around, what if Inoue would chicken out after seeing how Casimero knock out Butler. We know that he is undefeated and working with the Top Rank promotion, would Bob willing to risk his cash cow against a known good counter puncher that has the ability to KO an opponent?

I'm not worried about the chances of Casimero but I'm worried if his opponent could really go toe to toe against him although his history tells that he is an aggressive fighter. IIRC, Butler was once a champion, so he is not a boring fighter, and watching his fight highlights, I saw that he wants war inside the ring.

Unlike Rigo, Butler is different. He is a close fighter.

The only time he will run or mostly stay away from Casimero is if he feels he's already at disadvantage or he realized that he can't handle Quadro Alas at close combat. On the early rounds, we should see Butler going toe to toe as part of testing his strategy. While the fight progress and stamina is decreasing, he will realized if going in close fight is still an effective way.

All of that, we will see on the boxing day. Speculation is what we can only provide now.

Butler will be fighting in his home town, so for sure he wants to impressed everyone so he wouldn't run like Rigo. And even if he is at the disadvantage, he will try to go and fight Casimero and most likely he might get knock out because we all know the Casimero has a knock out punch. But at least there is no shame in him at least he gave his best in front of his fans. For Casimero, he doesn't want this fight to go to the judges scorecard.

You have a point, so I believe that we will see a knock out here because both fighters are aggressive and eager to prove the world that they belong the best fighters in their weight class. This is a challenge for Casimero but not a big challenge, so I hope he remains fit and continuesly preparing for this big fight although it was reported that his purse is very small.

He needs to forget about the purse, it is mandated by the governing body and since they are in the lower weights, so less money. But yes, he needs to focus in this fight so that he will have a good chance to continue his reign and face Inoue for bigger money because all roads leads to the monster right now. Fight Butler and then knock him out, simply formula to get the attention of Inoue and his camp.

I don't see any odds yet, maybe when the fight gets closer, for sure my favorite sports bookies are going to list it. But I have a feeling that Casimero will be the favorite, for obvious reason.

Back when the fight is not yet cancelled, the odds for this fight is:

Paul Butler +800
John Riel Casimero -1500

Casimero is a clear heavy favorite and I think even with that health problem issue, that gap of odds won't be changed.

You can take that as a reference on the possible future odds on this fight.

Just usual to expect that Casimero is the Favorite since, in the first place, he is the Champion and Paul Butler is a challenger regardless of the former suffering a viral condition. His pending lawsuit surely has nothing to do with how bookies are providing odds.

About the chance of Butler winning, yes, we can't just assume that he is nothing and an easy opponent for Casimer (well that's what I'm thinking honestly if we are talking about 100% Casimero lol). Let's also give credit to Butler for being the number 1 challenger on the list.

Winning against Casimero will be his turning point in his career. However, that was a tough task he needs to pass.

I also wanted to see Butler fighting toe to toe against Casimero, for sure. If not all the fans, most of us wanted to see actions

from both fighters, though strategy might be there and observing before going all in, maybe in the first few rounds. But then,

a close exchanging of punches will excite viewers and who will ever win this fight will received attentions and hypes from his

name aside from the belt that he will carry.
We may see a lot of us here are rooting for Casimero to win but let's not forget the challenger of Casimero who is Butler that will sure going to spice the game and will give us a good fight to watch for. I know Butler will going to give a hard fight for Casimero if this battle will be pushed through and I hope it will do because a lot of fans are waiting for this game, and waiting for a champion to be unfold in this battle. Both Casimero and Butler are a good fighter let's see who will be the dominant fighter between the two.

Well if that's the case then I think we don't need to worry anymore if this fight will be good or boring and it's seriously much better that way because we can see an entertaining fight especially now that both of them wanted a good fight. I do bet that Casimero would also really want that to happen.

No doubt about Casimero because he never gives up in a fight, he is not undefeated but in all his losses, he really did his best to win. In this fight, he is the champion, and therefore he is also the heavy favorite to fight, the homecourt is supposed to be Butler's advantage but Casimero is used to fighting in the homecourt of his oppenents, so it's not new to him.

He might think of that once he gets hurt, however, he is not as fast as Rigo, so most likely Casimero would still be able to hurt him and might probably knock him out. In that scenario, I guess if the other champions is really up to the challenge, they should fight with Casimero without hesitation.

Also, we can expect that this will not be a boring fight just like Casimero's previous fight against Rigo.
Whoever wins the fight, it's okay as long as the fight will be entertaining.

Butler has prepared for this for so long already, and that is because of the delays, so the more it's delayed the more he trains hard because this is the biggest opportunity for him to be a champion again. However, most of the boxing fans does not believe he could pull a big upset here as the fans are rooting for a unification fight after this fight, which means Casimero should get the W.

As I said, it's quite safe to assume that this will be an entertaining fight to watch. Let's expect a blow-by-blow match.

Even if Casimero don't have any news of a unification fight afterwards, he's still the heavy favorite and have a higher hand on this one. Butler might be an interesting opponent but sadly, Casimero don't have any plans to stop on this fight alone as he's really rooting to face Inoue soon.

You can always expect an entertaining fight as long as both fighters are willing to win. It's not the strategy of Butler to run in the ring, so it's unlikely that he will do that. Butler is not Rigo, let's remember that and he also has some big losses to Zolani Tete because he was not careful with his defense. His last loss was in 2018, so currently he is on a winning streak but he has not faced a boxer as good and as aggressive as Casimero, so it's a big challenge for him.

Yes, you're right about that! Butler was a former champion and have an experience that could really compete and keep up against Casimero. That's is why Casimero's team have been preparing their boy for this one because Butler is not an easy opponent and could upset Casimero if given a wide open chance.

Casimero habitually goes in and quickly gets out of reach if you notice how he does it to every fight. He is aggressive but he also wants to have a distance all the time. I would expect Butler to have a fight plan not just going toe to toe with Casimero because he knew the man moves away when he sees it coming. Putting Casimero in a corner will be a good plan. It's difficult because Casimero can take heavy blows, the plan may fail if Casimero can position his hip to throw his right. It's the right that's to avoid.

So do I, we already know that Casimero is excited to face Butler next month and he is really preparing about it that's why we are not seeing any movements or updates about Casimero now. As for Butler, I hope he will meet our expectations, I mean, that he will also give a good entertaining fight towards Casimero and to the fans, a toe-to-toe fight and continuously exchanging blows would be really good.

I also wanted to see Butler fighting toe to toe against Casimero, for sure. If not all the fans, most of us wanted to see actions

We should expect that as Butler is known to be an aggressive fighter, he does not run like Rigo so this one should be an exciting fight. Of course, Casimero like an aggressive fighter as his counter punch will be just waiting for the best timing to knock out an opponent.
