WBO already approved the scheduled date and the fight will happen on April 23, anyways,  I have no doubt about Casimero's capabilities.

With that, I like to request OP @Baofeng to add the date to the thread title so we will not miss the fight. I know it will be months from now, but you knows, time pass by so fast, so we have to be updated on this fight.
Lot's of update from the comments here though its good to add the details of the fight so people can ready their funds and place their bets on time.
Casimero should focus now on improving his health, I have my confidence with him but of course if he carelessly fight in the ring, there's a higher chance for Butler to take the belt. Such an interesting match up and finally, can't wait for these two to fight.

If Casimero would be the heavy favorites, I don't know if I would still put a bet, I would not risk my funds for an odds that will only give me 20% win and below of the amount stake, it's too low IMO, that's why I want to know the betting odds of this fight as soon as possible.

I've just based it from the few comments about the locals there. But I'm hoping that the best still happens and they'll prove that they're one of the best crowd, hopefully.
I'm looking for some updates and it seems that there's no current update and the date is not going to change and that's final already. Just two months from now and we're going to see the action.
There will be no more reschedule because WBO already game a warning to Casimero, either to lose the belt or fight Butler in UK.
Fans will always be a fan but of course those who silently bet on these two boxer will surely have something on their mind about trash talking as well. April is getting near, these boxers should focus on their trainings now, because its now or never.
Yes, it's all been set and that's final since there's no other news about the rescheduling. I've just said about the fans thing in the new venue because there were some comments that tells how the fans are there.
But needless to say, it's all set and we just have to wait until that day comes and let's just all hope for the best not only for the match but also for the live crowd to enjoy it.
It is scheduled in April, so there you go, we have a date already. As for the crowd, I guess it's just normal for any boxers to be booed or fight in a environment wherein the fans are against them. Nevertheless, Casimero have seen worst, Lol. And not just him but there are a lot of Filipino boxers as well who love to fight their opponents on their own turf. I'm sure everyone is exciting already for this fight and to see Casimero again in the ring.

True, it's really normal and common to get booed in the fight especially when it's the home of your opponent and there's nothing new about it. And in Casimero's case, he should be more accustomed about it as it's not his first time fighting in the turf of his opponent.

I agree, it's a good call if he will remain with MP promotions, no offense to Probellum, it is a good boxing promotion with Richard Schaefer at the helm.

But I think Casimero will be at home if he is with MP with the rest of the Filipino boxers. Sort of a family. There are reports that Donaire has something to do with him moving to Probellum, but Donaire has been close to Richard before so it make sense for him to move without hesitation. In any case, Liverpool it is, no doubt that Casimero will perform good at hostile crowds.

I agree on the bolded texts. MP Promotions should be the home of the Filipino champions as it is owned by the Filipino legend. Ancajas, Marcial, Magsayo are on that promotional company for some time now and got no problem with Sean Gibbons so it might be that someone from the camp of Casimero have ill-advised him that triggered the conflict.

So someone is not looking for Casimero's interest if he advises him to jump ship with Probellum. Probellum as well is loaded with a lot of fighters now so the issue might also arises there specially if they will treat Casimero different because of his background.

What about Casimero's background, I think he has no problem in his career in boxing, I mean he is good because he is winning fights and he is the current champion. If you are talking about his trash talking, then I think it's not bad after all since it's just his style in boxing and that seems effective for him.

As per news report, Casimero will fly to the US to train with his long time conditioning coach Mo Heredia. This will be the best thing that he can do for now as this veteran coach knows exactly how to prepare Casimero for his fight with Butler this April.

Good to hear that, so everything is set up, if his long time conditioning coach will be with him, then it's going to be a moral boost for him to train hard and win this fight.

He had already lost his interest on Casimero.

Inoue won’t be taken by Casimero antics: ‘I lost interest in this guy’
https://news.abs-cbn.com/sports/12/24/21/inoue-says-lost-interest-in-casimero-fight

He should really not let these things to happen if he wanted to make his career to boom up even more but there are things like health issues
could really possibly able to block those things to happen.

The win against Butler might trigger the interest of Inoue again to fight Casimero. If he stays healthy throughout, we can still see him facing Naoya Inoue. I don't think Inoue is avoiding Casimero. There's just another big opportunity for him instead of facing Casimero. Not unless Casimero will be able to win all his upcoming fights until they negotiate a match again with Inoue.
It is just that Casimero should really be showing off that he is really worth to be his opponent and i do see that Inoue is someone who is really numb when it comes to trashtalks
because he dont mind off that much on what Casimero is been saying against him. When it comes to capability on whose stronger then it is really yet to be known until
this fight would be arranged out but for now the best thing is win up his upcoming fights until Inoue would get interested.

Some good news to Filipino boxing fans out there. Seems like Casimero will be heading to MP Promotions again if things will be okay with him and Sean Gibbons. We can't deny the fact that Quadro Alas is one of the most popular boxer in the Philippines right now because of his antics and boxing style, also the personality and we can say that he is one of a kind so MPP should have him back as Casimero might be their cash cow in the next few years.

Quote
MP Promotions President Sean Gibbons is reportedly trying to patch things up with WBO world bantamweight champion John Riel Casimero before the Filipino’s next fight against Paul Butler on April 23 at a yet to be determined venue in Liverpool, England.

The President itself is the one who is trying to patch things with Quadro Alas? What a special person Casimero is.  He should accept that right away as working under the MP promotions might give him more opportunities to fight a big fish.

Casimero's camp should not just target Inoue if the latter doesn't have any interest. Let alone the Japanese Champion to come to him. Casimero and most fans here following him should not push for that fight against Inoue like we are the one who is hungry to make that happen. Let's see some effort too on Inoue's side.

If that's the case then Casimero should accept and sign the contract at once, he's already that lucky because Sean Gibbons himself is making some efforts and extending his hands just to get Casimero under the MP Promotion's roof. Besides, MP Promotions is the best choice for a Philippine boxer to get a chance to fight bigger names in the industry.

Casimero should focus on this fight first because time will come that Inoue and his team will be the one who'll make some efforts to make the fight happen, for now ofcourse Inoue isn't interested because Casimero ain't a big name in the industry.

It's not possible that Inoue will come to Casimero and will challenge him for a fight if he believes that Casimero has a decent chance of beating him. He is under top rank promotion who is handled by a smart and clever Bob Arum, so I don't think it would work that way.

Well, that might sound impossible for now that Casimero's camp would get Inoue's attention because I think that the Top Rank Promotions have another plan for their boy and Casimero is not in their radar yet. So, it's better for Casimero to focus on his upcoming fight for now and defeat Butler in-order to attract bigger fish or the likes of Inoue and we never know they might be interested if ever as well.
Once the organization or promoters doesnt really show up some interest on settling a possible fight then as a boxer then you wouldnt really be having a choice but to wait until it would be settled up.
I agree into that point of yours that Casimero should really be focused out on his upcoming fights rather than on murmuring about on how he would beat up Inoue because
this fight wont happen if they dont wanted to happen. Its better to focus on winning fights no matter how many fights would it be.

The case if Casimero will win against Butler though I believe that Casimero really has the edge to win this fight but the last time event that happened that made a scenario where the fight was postponed was the main concern here especially boxing fans. I would not doubt that if ever he win this fight the probability that Inoue vs. Casimero will going to happen in future however this time I believe that Casimero should focus on this fight and aim to win the fight either via knockout or UD.

Yeah, boxing fans are already hype about this fight specially that Casimero has been calling Inoue months ago. So if he wins  and then call Inoue again, for sure there could be more hype and that's what the camp of Inoue wanted so that it will bring more money in the table. And hopefully this will take place this year, so that finally we can see this two hard hitting fighters brawling it out.

Casimero might be tired of calling Inoue if Inoue will not respond as expected. He could choose to fight Donaire for a rematch and a unification fight and dodge away Casimero, you know, this guy is clever as well, he will ensure that he will be able to maintain his undefeated record as for now, he is the cash cow of Bob.

There's really no use if Casimero will keep calling or provoking Inoue's team because Bob Arum of Top Rank Promotions is ain't interested as well, and yes you're right @Sled that Inoue is also one of Bob's cash cow so it's only natural that they will find another engagement that could actually generate them much more income because at the end of the day, it's business as usual.

Well, there's another exciting moment that we're going to wait for this match. Not just all about the boxers but as well as the reaction of the fans. But I'm hoping that this is going to be a good crowd and there won't be trouble caused by them which is going to reflect their future events and fights that shall be made on their land. It will be the reflection of their area and there won't possibly more fights if the crowd gets violent after seeing their fighter gets knockout.
Nothing beats out the essence or ambiance when there's crowd on a specific fight or in all possible events yet we've missed those cheers and boo's from the audience.I dont really believe
much about being getting violent if their player or fighter do lose but of course there would be some frustration but this is something a normal reaction to have.
I dont see for this situation to be over soon but lets hope that everything would come back to normal so that these upcoming fights is something that really worth to look upon.
