Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
So within a Month time now Middle East is the place ? now Casimero must Show how tough His Hands than His Mouth after delivering too much Badmouthing the past months .

Though I am aiming for Him to Win over Butler because i also wanted Him to face Inoue to see if he can take the Monster that Donaire did not achieve in His first try.

Yup, Dubai is the place.

Don't worry, Casimero can back the talk  Grin. Trash-talking seems to be part of the strategy to sell fight and often times it is effective and sometimes not. In boxing, they said that there is no such thing as an easy fight but this Butler fight is just a warm-up fight for bigger things to come for Casimero considering that he won't let his guards down IMO.
Warm up fight for Butler? I dont think so and he shouldnt really be that confident on fighting with Casimero. Not to say about their capabilities but i could say that Casimero
is indeed capable on beating him so he shouldnt really make those big talks before the fight but its right that trashtalks is really part of the business for them to sell
out the fight and able to get more revenue but this is much better than compared into those exhibition fights that we do have right now.
Its worth of spending some bucks rather than into those circus dance.

Most definitely, we have 3 Filipino fighters in the fight night and that's gonna make this fight more exciting since every fight you'll know who to cheer with. Casimero is the champion here, so it's normal to think that we believe he will win so he will get the big fight that he has been chasing for a while now.

Yep, that's one thing about Casimero though, he is so much brandish and talk talking seem to be the norm of his. But he can back it up but knocking down his opponents in fashion. Just look at what happen to Duke Micah in their last fight. Duke trying to bring the fight to John Riel, hitting him hard, but Casimero response back with a good knock down and Micah didn't recover after that. His face but bang up by Casimero's punches.

Looks like the venue and date for this fight have been finalized already, per below it would be held in Dubai, and also it will be a double championship fight.
There are many Filipinos in Dubai and Casimero is comfortable fighting in Dubai as I think he has the crowd support and no problem adapting to the climate once he will be there, unlike if this fight will be held in the UK where it's almost winter there.

Thanks for the update, I think we only have 2 Filipinos in this fight but it's actually 3 because Jason Mama is also a Filipino as we can see in https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/747056... I'm not familiar with this kid but he has a good record, an undefeated with 16 wins and 9 from it are from KO.

with the venue at dubai, maybe they can generate good money with the gate purse here. because the published purse bid between casimero and butler is only $105k, which we know is only small amount as compared to other boxing matches. at least they can get revenue from other sources here.

^^ At least after a lot of speculation on where Casimero's fight will be held, it was finalized in Middle East. Good venue though, as we all know that Dubai is one of the richest country so for sure the tickets can be sold without any problems. Just wondering the PPV though in the US, maybe they will also have to adjust to the timezone to be able to watch.

So exactly, one month from now, we will see Casimero taking his brandish style against a tough challenger Butler.
Wont be an assurance though but its good that it would be held on Middle East but honestly it wont really be that much of a concern because any venue would still generate
good revenue for the said fight! Cant still be sure about solding out tickets but presuming on how rich that country is then we could really tell that it is most likely to happen.
Butter is indeed a tough opponent but on every angle you do tend to look at then you could still say that Casimero is still on the edge but he shouldnt really
be that confident because there's always that lucky punch that could take you down.

Another legendary Filipino? Donnie Nietes is still fighting? Lol, could be one of the best Filipino fighters besides Manny Pacquaio. Not sure how long Donnie has been in the boxing field already, but he is one of the most durable champions we have.

So now that we have a venue and it will happened on the same date as the fight of Donaire on the other part of the globe. And goodluck to all Filipinos who are in the card.

What if he lose?

Anyway, it's really a small amount that he'll be getting on this fight against Butler that's why they're now talking about his next potential fight. We can now be assured that there's no problem with Casimero going on in with Inoue after this match.

But is the flame is still with Inoue to fight against Casimero? Hopefully that there's no problem to him after the Butler match.

If he loses he will also lose his chance to fight Inoue and maybe Donaire will get the chance to step on the ring to fight him for the second chance. I think Inoue has never been in a close fight like that with Donaire but still, he got some power so, at the end of the day, he won the fight. If ever Casimero managed to beat Butler with no problem, then there's no other fighter he can stop him other than Inoue.
Donaire might surely go for Inoue once he's also done for his match. But this triangle of fighters, we don't know what's really on the head for them but if Casimero tells that after he wins, he'll go for Inoue.

I think then Donaire has to win against Gaballo and then they'll start to get some talks again. We're just getting the source from everytime there's a release of updates from these boxers.

I have no doubt that Casimero can  beat Butler because regarding their record and skills it is casimero that has advantage .
but of course this is boxing and everyone has a chance beating their opponent depend on their chances .
But for sure he will do everything to win in this bout to make way to His dream fight and that is against Inoue .
He should really win up on every possible fights that would be inline on him so that he would totally able to reach out on fighting Inoue on the peak.

If he would lost up this fight then that would surely be blocking that kind of probability for that fight to happen on where he had been longing for so long.

For now he do need to arrange and sweep up on whats been thrown and then later on he might really be fighting Inoue after the long wait.

Basically this, as much as I dislike promoters due to the fact they delay and some times are the main obstacles for the fights we want to see, they know their business way better than we do, if Arum needs a bigger share of the purse for him and his fighters but he can make the fight bigger with his promotion then that 30% for Casimero can become higher than the 50% as he uses his influence to hype the fight, and if the purse is too small for him then he will reduce his investment in the fight in order to become profitable which will reduce the profits for both fighters.

If only no pandemic happened, we shouldn't end up discussing these delays. It really affects the boxing business and promoters are sometimes hesitant to continue the original plan. Remember that when sports slowly came back, Arum is one of the big sports personalities that push lots of boxing matches on their lineup even without an assurance that no profits will be made since there are no ticket sales and they will only rely on PPV.

Only Casimero's camp could answer that, if the fight will be realized then that means they agreed with the sharing, the deal is close and they will start training. 30% might be small if we look at the percentage only without analyzing its amount, so what if the fight will generate a lot of money and 30% would result to a serious money, I think Casimero's camp would still be happy with what, and will be happier once he wins the fight.
Not all boxers or management would  really be aiming for the money because some would come after with the  Glory and fame that they could possibly get if they would really continue to have dominating fights and winning streaks.

Since they do on what comes next when they do able to established out themselves on this particular state.30% share is already considerable and its true
that it will vary on the amount.

Boxing turns out to be a business but it isn't really talking about share percentages and more.

Who has the information about their split before their supposed fight was cancelled? As we all know, they have a scheduled fight last year, April 26, 2020, but due to the effect of the pandemic, that was permanently cancelled.

I did some research regarding your question but I didn't find the exact answer, but instead this article.

John Riel Casimero might need to take reduced purse to fight Naoya Inoue, says Bob Arum

Can you believe that? Arum still wants to reduce the purse of Casimero just to make the fight happen, I think they like to rob Casimero and disrespect his status being a champion. I'm sure the purse was not 50/50 on the cancelled fight and after it was cancelled, Bob talks about reducing Casimero's purse, so I'm guessing maybe it will be 70/30 which I don't think is fair.

I don't think that was unfair.

If no Arum, the event won't become big. Arum's influence can boost ticket sales since he's the only promoter that capable of making the fight happen in a big event place. As I checked some details, the cancelled Inoue vs Casimero fight is supposed to happen on Mandalay Bay. Arum also has the power to choose a big opponent for Casimero. Arum is the key to why Pacquiao also got a big fight during his prime.

We should accept the fact that Inoue is much more valuable compared to Casimero. The former already destroys every contender that wants to take his belt so it's understandable that he will get the most bid.

Maybe it was unfair to us but once Casimero finally defeated Inoue, he's the one now who will have the most bid on his future matches. Pacquiao also experienced that before and just gained a big break after beating Marco Antonio Barrera.

The word "fair" is only based on our personal judgement, but Bob Arum being the promoter knows how to run his business and he is investing his money for the fight, if the fight is unsuccessful, he will bear big losses so it's just right that he will make money. However, if Casimero's camp finds the offer unfair, then there's nothing we can do because they won't be able to sign the papers necessary to make it happen, it's a conflict for money which is the main hindrance of this fight not happening.
