Not way past his prime because if I'm not mistaken, Oscar Dela Hoya was just 35 years old at that time and he I believe that he could have still dominate the division if Manny Pacquiao wasn't around that time. It's just that he met his fate in the hands of the Filipino champion and learned a lesson to retire much earlier before he will be a clown in the industry for being a trophy for the younger ones.

Hilarious! Oscar surely knows that he would not forget a fighter that made him retire from boxing. He was even the big favorite in that fight, so what happened was an upset. He has to make sure to apply that lesson to his boxers, so that it will not happen again, hopefully.

I do like Tank because of his realness, I might say that he is a semi humble because he understand the game. I watched a clip regarding Tank and an interviewer where he asked by the inverviewer if he see the Left hook of Ryan Garcia is dangerous or not. I expect that he will become arrogant to say that he will belittle punch of Ryan but I'm surprised he respected his Left Hook and aswered to the interviewer that he knows that it is dangerous. He also said that he cannot measure it fully because he doesn't yet fight Ryan inside the ring. His humbleness makes him a feared opponent, his coach also says that you will regret if you bet against Tank because he is really working hard and he is really strong boxer. Garcia's name is so popular and we all know that he trashtalks very well, his online reputation is the one who always talk but he needs it for him to become more popular. Before I want to bet in Ryan but right now I'm having a doubt because Tank destroyed his previous opponents, Garcia doesn't yet have enough experiences to fight a veteran like Tank Davis but who knows maybe he can pull out something especial that can Knockout tank. That's good news for them indeed but I still doubt it won't affect the performance of Ryan Garcia. It's not like he will be fighting a regular boxer, it's the Tank that he will be facing and one mistake could make a big difference while they are facing each other.
Well, it came from them. So that means it's not a handicap and if they lose they cannot reason out this clause that was made before the fight.
