I forgot more than you will ever know.
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but since when does the most merited section count airdropped merits? And why so?

You can still see the ranking based on earned merit using the link below.

Thanks for your answer.

I know that, but it doesn't tell me why the change. "Most merited" rankings used to be based on earned merit.

Is there any way to scroll past JollyGood's thousands+ distrusts?
Those users without any DT1-inclusions can/should probably be omitted from the list entirely.

I also can't search any user name on that page.

According to the picture below, I have received 466 merit and sent 224 merit. So, the merit ratio should be 0.48 not 1.07.
I had reported this on Vod's topic before. But since the bug still exists, I posted it here again.

Sorry to hear that. Are you the sick one, or is your job health related?

No, I'm not sick yet, and not even directly related to healthcare. But I have customers who either need extra support these days (increased sales volumes for the few businesses that are not shut down) or need extra help winding their businesses down. Also for some inexplicable reason some people refuse to work from home even though they were perfectly capable of working remotely before this, so I get to cover for them too, yay.

Plus the tax season, that's always fun even in a good year.

Stay safe everyone. Check on your elderly neighbors every day (while staying politely distant of course).

Halab's nickname was changed to Habal.

Part of the april fool if I'm not mistaken.

I'll wipe those out manually once I get to it. Unfortunately I'm busy dealing with the fallout from the real virus so it might take a while.

Turns out it was Halab's very own april fool joke for us.

Thanks, and it's changed back to normal, so the same thing happened again.

Small suggestion.
The hourglass for those inactive accounts which we have on the home page, is it possible to have it the sane on the lists with top 1000 users? Or maybe a way to sort out users in the lists based on the Last Active?

Yes that makes sense.  I couldn't recall the exact post, so thanks for reposting it.  I figured I'd post the example in case you needed more statistical data on the issue.

Have just spotted this glitch:

I suggested this before >

One suggestion for when you have time.
Those accounts that wake up in the security log, can be listed to be parsed as well, so accounts like this one below should not be marked as inactive while they were active just a few days ago.

Last Parsed: 46 days  (Planned for 43 days from now)

Maybe you can parse an account only when this account becomes active. If it gets banned during that time it will appear in the modlog together with the deleted posts by mods.
The merit data is reflected in the merit log.
The only thing that can be changed is the post count ( if a thread gets trashed or posts are deleted in a self-moderated thread).

DT Change Log now shows this:
I'll take some time to think on it but my initial thoughts are referring to this as a "Persona Feedback Network" "inclusions" and "exclusions" would be fine with almost no negative connotation. What's the 4th category? I'm on mobile at the moment.
How about this:
Quote
Trust list for: LoyceMobile (Trust: neutral) (95 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP) (created 2019-09-28_Sat_06.17h)

Interesting.  I've seen discrepancies that were due to variations between my personal trust list and Default Trust, but in this case DT show 3 negative ratings while Bpip only shows 2.

Last updated 13 days ago, i.e. before the most recent DT1 update. My guess is that one of those DT ratings was not a DT rating 13 days ago.

It also lists the user's "trust color" as dark green despite having the same number of positive and negative ratings.  There does seem to be a bug in that user's calculation.

Kind of. Works as described but perhaps not quite logically. "Aged" positive ratings are 10 points each, and negatives are counted as 2^(number of distinct negatives) so the sum total is still positive and greater than 10, i.e. dark green. We are planning to rethink DT scoring and all that stuff at some point.

Have found another error in the system:

Start by visiting https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/timelord2067-131361 (note the ;dt on the end) on the profile page click on the letter I in the circle - the link is https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?id=131361;dt

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/timelord2067-131361 brings up the following error:

and what looks to be the main page.

I've tried it with other profiles

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/beevil-1120675 (banned)

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/tomatocage-37522 (inactive)

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/lightlord-30541
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/ognasty-18321
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/theymos-35

and get the same error.

I noticed https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=130731 trust rating hasn't been updated in the forum for a long while but it doesn't show well on bpip.

my merited rank is actualy 751.

The rating you see on your personal page is calculated using earned merit.  The merit rank on the index page uses all merit, including air-dropped merit.
