Btc-e is a scam. They took 12 btcs from me in 2014 and i requested them to return the btc but they wont. They hacked me to get my living address and banking details and harassed me for 4 years and they are still harassing me.After taking all my money they told me they could hack my bank account and take all my money from my bank account as well as they have my bank details and they hacked my phone and all the apps on my phone as well. Btc-e intercepted my emails ,phone conversations and invaded my privacy.Do you know how shameless they are?

They also killed John Kennedy, confirmed

After a few years after taking all my coins ,they sent me emails to cheat me to invest in some ico that they participated in. When I reported btc-e to the police, they sent me death threats and harassed me near my place.Btc-e is set up by the NSA to track people using bitcoins. This is because bitcoin is a NSA project.Once you use Btc-e you will be under surveillance by the NSA forever.

On 2017-07-25 (08:10:09) I made a deposit to my BTC-e address

What was the tx ID?

Here is a thread where somebody already addressed this issue: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.25899175

Since I made higher deposit, I don't want to post my transaction id in public chat.

The coins were not directly moved to this address 1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre. They just ended up there one week after the seizure and originate all from fomer BTC-e deposite addresses

why did you use a shit exchanger like BTC-e? I think you were not an idiot and you knew the risks... you want a so called anonymity or whatever...now, you pay the price Smiley

I put the same questions to all those who are using unlicensed exchangers (Kraken, Bitfinex and so on). All these exchangers will be closed in the near future and many will cry...

I basically got the same issue; when the website was already down my coins have been moved to this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre
Currently they are unspent and probably in the hands of the authorities

The wex support is telling me that they don't possess historical data on transactions and orders of the old platform. So they are not able to approve or deny my words, even though I can provide screenshots of my old BTC-e deposit address.

I’d be alright, if I get 50% of my old balance back.

BTC-e ceased using the old block chain in July when the Feds seized the servers with those hot wallets on them.
The moved the funds to safer wallets.

Why you are raising the issue almost 6mths. later I fail to understand.
If the coins were not in your BTC-e account when they came back live in Sep. then they never arrived.
What is the point of linking some wallet balance from a week after the BTC-e servers were seized?

You are screwed.

On 2017-07-25 (08:10:09) I made a deposit to my BTC-e address
On 2017-07-25 a few hours later the coins where moved out of my account.
When BTC-e came back live in September my whole balance was gone.
Ever since then I am in contact with the BTC-e/wex support.

All 929.5 BTC on this address 1FFs5hv6JBScJq63aFZvBaNsP6FwnhVgre originate from former BTC-e walltes and were moved there on the day of the seizure.

Have you received any balance compensations by wex? My coins are also gone.

Nope, they just replied back yesterday that they can't take my word for it. I already proved to them that the wallet is mine, all they have to do is follow the transaction to see that they still have my coin. I asked them if they still have the BTC-e backup, because all they would have to do is to restore my account and magically my coin would be back.

Edit: Here is exactly what they said:
What exit scam? I got most of my coins back in September, the only thing BTC-e lost was fiat, because OKPay "stole" it from them, and BTC-e socialized that loss reasonably well.

BTC-e most certainly haven't done an exit as you falsely claimed, they transferred the user base and crypto to WEX.nz who are happily trading away as usual, albeit with some tight verification requirements for fiat withdrawals.

Have you not bothered to read the thread at all? Maybe "exit scam" is the wrong term for what they have done, but they absolutely have "lost" aka stolen some people's coin! It's talked about here, on other threads, reddit, etc. I was sticking with them, instead of withdrawing, since they seemed honorable by their actions. Then they stole my coin. They are either crooks, or grossly incompetent. Either way, I sure as shit am not using them ever again and I hope they get what they deserve in the end.

...

After WEX came back, people got back about 45% of the totals, which was even less due to the 2x BTC price rise since BTCE went 'down'. Of course the difference in price of BTC was not re-calculated conveniently. Also this total and utter sheyt with the altcoin tokens is BS as well.

Looks like they are doing it again anyways.
So much misinformation from you.
When WEX.nz came online, people got 61.79% of BTC-e balance and 38.21% in tokens, I cashed out my tokens at 0.7 which gave me 61.79% + 26.75% = 88.54% of what I had, so I was out of pocket just 11.46%, it took no time in this bull market to recover that. Plus, they gave everyone that had BTC on BTC-e the equivalent in BCH plus tokens, so overall I was ahead!

LOL you must be a shill for them.

Someone took off with 1/3 to 1/2 of all BTC value held at BTC-E before the exit scam and BS news regarding the arrest overseas. The DOJ did not get ANYTHING. There is zdro proof they confiscated wallets, or addresses or FIAT / accounts.

at least maybe you learnt a lesson. Never use a shady exchanger (unlicensed one).

You've got to be shtting me. That is such an asshole comment u should be beaten for it.
That's like you telling a woman who gets date raped that she should have checked the guys credit report, date history and criminal history BEFORE talking to him at the party ..

Already being done by them. Guess the partial exit scam wasn't enough. I still think there will be large contracts on the admin's heads for what they did.

Yeah and I am still talking to support about my coin being gone now. Funny enough, they are actually responding, but it takes them forever. Right now they are telling me that my old BTC-e wallet isn't on my WEX account. No duh, lol. That's exactly the problem, it's all gone now! I doubt it will go anywhere, but I'll keep bugging them about it anyways.

So wex has been unavailable for the last 30 minutes or so (don't know exactly when it started).. Should we be worried?

EDIT: On twitter: "We have difficulties in the work due to the DDOS attack"

I don't think it is a good idea to post someone's personal information on public forums. Even if your accusations are legit it's better to submit it to authorities.
