7 days now, #NLZ-356-83004 . was told my funds were sent on 13th, and they weren't. you can clearly see that on the blockchain. i have posted in every thread you actively post in and left support tickets. Ignored the whole time.

This problem is NOT solved -> There are still a lot of stuck transactions that were not processed on the 10th or 11th. Withdrawal from account but not sent to block chain. Support does not reply except with automated messages. Can you please do something to get them unstuck -

Hey BTC-e, im CrashX from the troll box.
You should add on option , to change color of the site, Like White(Currently) to Black.
Sometimes Ill be trading in the dark, it hard to focus with the White colors.
Notice you have already have a Theme system in place, its just creating the css style and few pictures.
Could help you out...

Last monday, I made a withdrawal of 0.401 btc, my btc was substracted but was never send to the destination account. Im asking support, but they rarely answer. Because more than 3 days passed after I made the withdrawal and It was never sent, cancel that transaction and give me my btc back because the destination of the transacction is no longer valid.

We are NOT alone, I saw on chatbox on BTC-E that there are many others waiting for their withdrawals.
I also put a support ticket, but still no respons. Even BTC-E admin was online, but no response. Normally they should learn to communicate with their customers and pay as soon they can.
That is how problems get started. I was hoping they are more pro then GOX...
This problem has already been solved.

Yesterday I had also problems with deposits but they fixed it, now I didn't get my withdrawals from yesterday.
I made 3 withdrawals. First I didn't get, the second was smaller I got and the third I didn't get.
