not using but as much i hear about this it usually temporary shutsdown ....but after 1-2days it comes back hence it means its the loss for investers because they have to click at least 2-3times a day.to get full profit

Legal action for what? Everyone should know what they are getting in to before sending btc somewhere. US laws do not apply all over the world. I was thinking the op/dev was either Russian or Chinese, either way, good luck trying to build a legal case in those countries.
