What was the official response from admin about multiple accounts? We can have up to 5 accounts as long as they are all upgraded paid accounts? Is this right?

The amount is all relative. 5btc may be nothing to some people, and an entire year salary to other people. Basic rule is dont gamble with what you cant afford to lose, and just have fun. Keep it simple. Dont overthink things.

Im not losing anything in the downtime. I only need to click once every 9.8 hours so i always just make sure to withdraw before i go to bed and even if there's down time, it still adds up properly when the site is back up.
