I still like both coins as both of them have explicit and proven user cases, i.e. people definitely know them and understand what needs they can satisfy by using these coins. In addition, I see a lot of potential from further these coins adoption and involvement of a broader investment universe.
This year might be the year of ETH as compare to bitcoin. ETH have a lot of improved or advanced technologies that can compete with bitcoin or even can said to replace bitcoin in the future, thus it will be the year of ETH. 
Since I started joining here I would choose is Ethereum it is more stable than bitcoin even it increase it's price in the market like so crazy it is more easy to ethereum to be stay calm when it increase and decrease it's price in the market while bitcoin also goes it's price in the mare like crazy when it decrease it's price. That's why I will Ethereum this year it will give as a stable profit.
Its number one for a few years at least and everybody knows it will grow up more and fast. And you know, never put all eggs in one basket. Split between this two
Both also for me are actually good deals for anyone who will decide now to actually invest even if it's small. Both have been staying at the apex level for a very long time. Also they even carry every other ones of their kind representing their whole course all across the globe. Hence, investments made on this two have a success percentage of over 80% which is highly morale boosting.

I'd rather have Ethereum shortened than bitcoin. It is unlikely that the ETH course will grow due to tokens and decentralized applications that exist in its ecosystem
My first choose is BTC and second choose ETH. Both's are powerful cryptocurrency and it's has highest market-cap in cryptomarket. I hop btc is hit 25K-30K and ETH is hit $2500 to $4000 end of the year 2018. So you can buy these token or new altcoin token. I hope you can rich.
The course of Bitcoin and the Etherium on the crypto-currency market is very similar to each other. When Bitcoin begins to grow, the Etherarium also grows. At the end of May, the course of Bitcoin and the Etherium fell together.
Ifs select between ETH and BTC, I can say that both coins have their own unique characteristics and can not predict what coin will rule in 2018.

Bitcoin will still the rein the market no matter what happen, even Etherium as being the best altcoin in digital currency market can't beat Bitcoin just yet. Bitcoin's market cap is really far from other coins because there are so many investors on it. We can't really tell how the coins will end in 2018 but I hope it will become more stable that before so people will not afraid to invest.
I think that you need to keep both bitcoin and ethereum about 50 percent each. Bitcoin can still rise in price if its shortcomings are eliminated, but it already has a high cost and will grow slowly
I choose ethereum for now, because ethereum is gaining some value or in other words the price is increasing. In bitcoin the value of it was decreasing recently but I overheard from my friends that next month or by the end of first quarter it will regain its value or it may surpass the last December highest value it reach. So for now I'll choose ethereum soon I might go back to bitcoin when it regain their value.
Bitcoin are a strong and high valued crypto. I am sure that its going to be very hard to beat bitcoin and become the first rank in crypto market. Maybe in the next several years it will happen.
Both are good and best coins. But if you look at the value of market capitalization and price then bitcoin will still lead in 2018.
There is no parallel between these two crypto currencies, they have completely different technologies and tasks. Bitcoin will remain the leader in the quality of digital gold. Ethereum will be the leader in the field of smart contracts.
In my opinion, there is no need to choose between them, but simply to buy them both as it is the dominant mint that will give this year a good growth and we will be able to make good money on it.

bitcoin, bitcoin has remained the most elevated this year, although it has slumped but the bitcoin position has never been replaced, and in June it is rumored that bitcoin will continue to rise. therefore I am sure that bitcoin will remain the best
I think both of them are good for this year, but your choice depends on your investment objectives and risk tolerance. In my opinion, ETH and Bitcoin are in the same mode that this is one of the good choice because we are able to see that this two are in a safe place to invest.
I think it’s ETH for this year. With the sudden increase of the value of the coin and how they dominate mostly the IcOs its a good year for Eth. We cannot predict the movement of crypto. We cannot argue that bitcoin usb still the number 1 coin in crypto world but we cannot also disregard how the erh became the second best coin in the furori world.
Bitcoin will always remain the leader among crypto . I don't even doubt it. Can be in the near future that the will change
