For your questions,
1) Unfortunately no, we do not accept USA players.
2) The only KYC needed would be a valid email address upon any withdrawal done for your account. We try to keep all players anonymous.
3) You will not lose money on the affiliate program. Yes your NGR can go into negative, but the balance will be brought forward to the following month if you remain as negative on the current month. You are not required to pay us should your players win.
4) It is basically our BTC365 Token. All valid bets will generate you BTC365 tokens. We allocated a portion of the platforms revenue into a dividend pool, where you may use your BTC365 tokens to claim dividends pro rata from the dividend pool.
