Hello. I saw your tool for charging BitcoinCash. I have some questions. Is it safe? I enter the recovery phrase and you get access to my wallet at Blochkchain.info. Can I continue to use the wallet at Blockchain.info? Will I have a wallet with Bcash on BTC.com?

Hello there I wanted to recover bcc from blockchain and today saw your recovery tool. I followed all steps given in blog like entering 12 passphrase and clicked send. But I have a problem like i saw that I received bcc but on my balance its written 0 bcc. Can you help me?

Since there is no pending, I believe that the transaction is confirmed? If you can see it on a blockexplorer (blockdozer) then Its very likely that this is only a display issue, have you tried to send it somewhere else? an exchange or another wallet that you control to see If they tell you insufficient funds or not.

@neutraLTC Id feel nervous about entering my blockchain.info recovery phrase into your website?

If you are afraid that they will steal your bitcoins which I know they won't because I stored some decent amounts in their wallets before, you can always send your bitcoins elsewhere and then type the seed you have there, the worst case scenario here is that you will lose your BCH but again, there is no reason for them to scam you.

Since last week’s bitcoin hard fork, we have received a lot of requests from our wallet users to include Bitcoin Cash support.
We are excited to say that the Bitcoin Cash wallet is now live, allowing you to receive, send, and securely store your Bitcoin Cash!
The Bitcoin Cash wallet is currently available as a web wallet. The mobile app version is coming soon!

I have got the information about BTC.com support for bitcoins cash BCH via email, that is good for BTC.com
Congratulation for all of the user's BTC.com wallet.

Thanks for the great answer, Omega. Please let us know if you and everyone else reading this for that matter are enjoying the new bitcoin cash wallet.

Honestly? I think It would've been much better If wallets weren't separated, instead being able to switch between the two inside the same link just like Exodus or Jaxx for example but hopefully this could be an update for the future.

It's good to see you're the only online wallet that provides support for BCH by providing a recovery tool.I have a few questions before I use the service.
-> I have a blockchain.info wallet with access to my private keys,is it possible to just export the key into your BCH tool without having to import my wallet into BTC.com's wallet first ?
-> Do I have to transfer my funds into BTC.com wallet and then convert those funds into BCH ?
What are the security risks involved ? How vulnerable is one from getting their coins compromised in the process ?

1. If you have the private keys, I'd suggest using Coinomi android application, just scan the QR code (private key) and you are good to go. The recovery tool is only meant for people who had their funds on BTC.com before the august fork and want to get their BCH now and the fork occured.

2. I'm not entirely sure of what you mean here. If you had BTC before prior the fork as I said earlier, you can claim BCH otherwise you can't. They created a BCH wallet today, you can use it to store BCH there (If you don't want to leave them at exchanges or download an unknown wallet like ElectronCash for example).

#update 2

they send this link to me now https://recovery.blocktrail.com/
i try recrvery to new wallet now

The problem has been resolved.

With slow and unspecified services on Wallet recovery, the freezing of money is unreasonable.

I have decided to move to another wallet. And will not come back to BTC.COM

poor service  Angry Angry Angry

Our security system disabled co-signing on your account because of unusual or suspicious activity. Like we explained to you many times before you could of just had easily withdrawn your bitcoin with the backup pdf to another wallet or system.
