I know that the mainnet is not launched yet but the replay protection is officially added to Bitcoin gold codebase. Can we expect the extraction tool anytime soon?

You release info regarding SegWit2x while It's going to happen after 3 weeks and nothing for Bitcoin Gold even though it's coming in the next hours/days, I'm going to assume that no support will be offered?

thanks for the comment, official response will be released shortly, i'll post it here

I logged today to my mobile wallet and It's now asking for the PIN code in order to see the wallet balance and transaction? It usually just start loading and shows me everything, the PIN was only required for sending. I checked your wallet in Play store and I couldn't find anything about this. The last update was pushed in 5th October and I believe everything was fine then. So is this a phishing attempt or you actually did something from your part?

It is optional & can be disabled in settings.

Wow!

First time using BTC.com wallet

Setup the account, Success!

Did first wallet transfer, Success!

Tried to logout and login , FAIL !!

Tried PDF recovery , FAIL !!

what's the deal?

The only other procedure I attempted was to enable multi-device authentication, said password was incorrect.
Then I logged out, could not log back in.

that is weird, please send an email to support: [email protected]

we'll help you fix this issue - thanks

I curious what will happen with btc.com wallet because it belongs to Bitmain and Bitmain is in china, china banned bitcoin. I hope everything does not matter and I wait for confirmation before use btc.com again. Thanks

I believe that they didn't ban anything, It's the exchanges who took the decisions by themselves to close because the government banned ICOs. Either way, from taking a look at this: https://www.linkedin.com/company/btc-com It seems like the headquarters are not in China so even If they were acquired by Bitmain at some point, they shouldn't close.

The ban will not affect us at all. BTW, that is the wrong link to our company, the correct one is this one: https://www.linkedin.com/company/10888154/

I came across another bug regarding your new feature 'My addresses' where our addresses are displayed. It displays my addresses and the one that has balance is in green but it shows 0. I could be wrong but probably the wrong variable is used so anything after the decimal point is not displayed.

I would also like to suggest adding a way to sort addresses or having them sorted automatically by balance and usage. If someone have used your wallet for a long time and received funds multiple times, it could be hard to go through all pages and finally, the usage column should probably only show incoming transactions and not outgoing too because the recommendation is to use a new address each time you want to 'receive' bitcoins so that would make more sense.

Nice service, I'll try using btc.com again, I have previously used btc.com but I think that transaction cost is higher when compared with other web wallet.
