Sure it is good as it is a free way to test some games with a chance to win something if I'm lucky enough. It does not take a lot of my time, I can just use it with the max bet allowed and if I'm lucky enough then I'll win nice amount.
My last no deposit bonus on this site gave me a nice profit and I have few more good experiences with no deposit bonuses. So it worth enough for me.
