To be honest I dont really like to use shapeshift because based on my own experience, the fee is just too high IMO. Would be better if you can accept some altcoins only and players are able to deposit it directly to your site without additional fees.

Currently, we are working on adding few currencies that you can play with to the website.

Now I can see my deposit on my account's balance. Thanks for working on it although it took around 40 hours.
One suggestion, you should have a better live support agents who knows about bitcoin transaction. The last agent who talked to me is not really understand how blockchain works.
