I personally do not mind the lack of bonuses but the initially fast withdrawals have slowed down to a crawl... with my last request still unpaid for more than a month now.
Repeated conversations with support staff has been nothing short of useless and terribly frustrating considering the fact that there have been no justifications for the delay and no estimated withdrawal timeframe. I believe a
one month waiting time is borderline-ridiculous for any casino, much less a Bitcoin establishment.
Is anyone in the same situation here? I hope to be able to get some answers instead of the usual "
We understand your frustrations and apologise for the delay but we are unable to give you any assurance, please trust that our specialists are processing this ASAP."

Do you get any reasons from the staffs for the delays? I see there is an error when you requested for the 2nd request.
Maybe this is why they have so lack of bonuses, seems that they have just small bankroll to cover withdrawals. Hope they will process it soon and keep updating it here.
I was unable to get any reason(s) from them regarding the delay even after multiple tries. The strange thing is, they were also unable/didn't want to give me a reason for the error as well.
I really hope you're wrong on them having a small bankroll... especially if they prioritise smaller withdrawals (as seen from the others in this thread commenting on a fast withdrawal).
Any player in a similar situation as myself would at the very least expect some honest communication if we had to wait.. didn't want to call them out here on a public forum but I believe one month has been long enough.
