Let us be fair when fairness is due. Bter always returned funds and they always paid interest promised. The only crypto I had a problem with was Qora. I still don't know what happened to my 143,000 Qora but other than that, they have always been responsive and even during the government ban, they let you cash out in Zcash or Eth.
Bter was a very good exchange for people new to crypto and while they suffered a hack,they paid back their investors. If you notice, Bter was one of the first to offer Qtum and they have a solid team behind them.
I hate fake FUD.

Bter has just returned 10% of the last scam, so please stop to spread these lies in this thread.
They are scammers, not reply since 3 years to any message, not replacing as promised the previous lost, force people to KYC (I will never send my documents to a clear scammer/liar).

They never released my BTC it shows in my billing details as an order id, but there's no transaction id or anything else to indicate that they processed the transaction. I filed a ticket and they said cancel the withdrawal and send the btc to gate.io. But there's no option to cancel the bitcoin withdrawal anywhere on their website.

after a dozen support email, no change, they always answered me they are doing their possible to find my coin and i dont have to worry about it

I guess you don't remember all the times they closed the Doge withdrawals when the ARB opportunities were there as well? We don't forget the scamming exchanges.

My kyc its approved but i can't do withdrawal my coins
someone know any news?

BitcoinCash may be another option for withdrawal. I can't tell if it's blocked without KYC because I don't have sufficient balance to attempt a withdraw.
Note that the ticker differs on different exchanges, because there was already a BCC coin!

I am sorry but I don't think you can withdraw BCC/ BCH (Bitcoin CASH!) from their site.I have tried to withdraw more then one currency from LTC/ DOGE / ETH and so on , but I don't have any success... only with ZCASH I was able to process the withdraw ...
Some pages ago there is a small guide that explain how to process fast withdrawal with Zcash!

if you have some trouble while withdrawing money from bter, and i you wan't or have already do the KYC procedure, just exchange in zec (zcash) and you can receive your money without more problems. I know is not the best solution, and who want use an exchange "limited" to one pair for withdraw.. but if you have funds, this is the best solution to go far away from them.

Probably unlikely. I'd say that now that BTRX is paid off they consider the hack losses settled, even though the BTC_B -> BTRX -> CNY process was nowhere near a 1:1 redemption.
Yes i had only btrx on balance and recendly saw that now i have only cny, they fully payed off dept.
Just a tiny problem that they owed us btc but payed us cny (~1500 cny for 1 btc) in 20 times less that i cost now.
