I don't know. We are behind the schedule that we planned. We will get it done but just need to work through the bugs and insure proper functionality. Best I can do is keep the community updated as we know more.

There IS a community, mostly active at Telegram (see OP for Telegram link - click the Telegram logo), Bullion team members are active at the Telegram channel too.
About the Coinbook votes, as far I know Coinbook is exclusive for the US so many people can't vote (if i'm wrong, correct me).
The Bullion community grows steadily and once the BPN's are active it will be even better

there is a community but of late due to some unfortunate circumstances there has been little news on the thread so I guess the community is not visiting as often as they should.

This is Calvin the CEO of Coinbook. Don't worry, we are planning on adding the coin. We were only using that as a check to see what community the users were coming from. We have been working hard to make Bullion a successful project. We might need to improve traffic to the exchange and then add Bullion just so it helps with the coin's recognition. Bullion is an awesome project and I that we can help more people learn more about it.

Great news, looks like it started a bit of buying on cryptopia as would be expected. Not much inventory available now for anyone wanting to setup a BPN, I think a slingshot x5 gain is likely in the next month, a coin with this much potential that has survived for this long with good devs and rusted on community support can't stay undervalued much longer. 2019 will be great for CBX!!

I think coinbook will turn out to be quite a large exchange in the future. They certainly seem to have the legal side of things covered not many US exchanges get a direct fiat exchange like this.
Someone has been accumulating an nice amount of cbx over the last couple of months too.
