I had to crash last ngiht, did that big bet ever go down? If so what was the outcome?
I just joined the site to try it out but I'm only able to bet with the predetermined autocahout option: is there a way to bet and decide when to cash out during the game?

Yeah, it can even be a profitable strategy depending on the current game conditions. There's a 1% chance he loses (1% of the games are an instant crash, which means it ends at 0x) -- but in all the games that he wins, he can potentially can collect bonuses (See the previous explanations or the FAQ on bonuses). If the average bonus he collects is more than 1%, he can play a +EV game. He just needs to watch his back, as someone who bet matches him and cashes out at 1.01x will be totally destroy him.

But if the CRASH occur first before you're try to cash out, then you loss !

If you want to cash out about 2x then set an AUTO CASH OUT feature amount into 2
If you bet 100.000 bits ( 1.000.000 satosi or BTC 0.01 ) you will get 200.000 bits

This is a very interesting concept. It's also really entertaining to play, and can make you a decent amount of bits!

Can you try Chrome? I hear this happens with Safari, but I haven't yet tried to debug.

No problem for me. I can load the site, register a new account and play a game without any problem.

Everything back up, and on a new database instance as well. Sorry about all the inconviences
I put a 'out for unexpected maintenance' error. I've lost contact with my database, and can't connect, even with money pot down. It appears to be an RDS issue, even though their status dashboard shows all fine.
I will solve it as quick as I possible can. Everyone account will be safe, I have an offsite backups that is not more than a few hours old -- as well as a multi-AZ slave server.
Edit: I am once again able to connect to the database. However, I am migrating to a new RDS instance -- and will leave the site offline until that has fully completed.
Edit 2: Everyones games has already been repaired. I've been extremely generous with everyone accounts who were effected by this. Sorry for the inconvenience again.

Indeed it did. I restarted it, and now looking through the logs to find out what went wrong. The game crashed during game #629687 which was predetermined to crash at 1.55x -- everyone in that round will be compensated after I fully investigate

It loaded slow at first, but everything appears fine. It's running with no problems for me.
