in my opinion it depends on you if you have faith from etehreum then you can buy it, and you should know that ethereum's price movement is very long because ethereum's total supply can also be an influence of ethereum price.
I think now Ethereum prices are quite low and Etherem has one of the largest communities, so in your case, I will definitely buy it, more because of the good Ethereum coins we know.
ETH trends have declined for some time and for me this is the right time to buy. This long term will be good for you, but if you want instant profit then you can simply steal a little margin from the rise and fall of prices per day, I'm sure you can get a minimum of 2% per day from ETH if you are smart
Less than 300$ eth is really a great deal buddy, if I could only alts that is green for now,I would definitely shift it to eth. Taking up high again at ath is not impossible , but it will be depend on your call. We can't predict the price itself so if you have to risk, deal it with the project with strong foundation.

if you are willing to take risk then invest but make sure that you're preapared when the worst got happened. If not, then do not. As simple as that 
. But in my opinion, I think you are not yet emotionally fit for this because it seems that your fear conquers you easily. I'm just scared that maybe you will just panic again and sell your assets despite of the red flags — in short, LOSSES. So to avoid bad things to happen, much better if you will not invest 'til you found the courage lies within yourself. We are playing in a risky playground so be careful and watch your move

I don't know, at this time the price of ETH is indeed very low, and there is a high possibility to get a higher price compared to the price currently owned. but, I see a slow movement for the current ETH price. but having it a few will make us better when the price goes up.

Now is the right time to buy ETH. I think ETH dumped with sell rushing of many ICO projects. It have been dumped for along time and now the price is pretty for buy some also I will buy some ETH before it pumb back.

If you often panic and doubt then I suggest not to buy it, try to look for other alternatives that make you not hesitate to buy the coin, because there is a lot of coin I think there is something that suits you or maybe another solution is to encourage a new bullish market you buy. My advice is to prepare your analysis first and the profit target you want to achieve from purchasing the coin because this is the main thing so you are not confused when you buy a coin.
